We caught up with the brilliant and insightful Jamiere Shagwell a few weeks ago and have shared our conversation below.
Hi Jamiere , so happy to have you with us today and there is so much we want to ask you about. So many of us go through similar pain points throughout our journeys and so hearing about how others developed certain skills or qualities that we are struggling with can be helpful. Along those lines, we’d love to hear from you about how you developed your ability to take risk?
Since I was the age of fifteen I always though about taken a new path in life compare to others I read a lot of Books and documentary’s and every human success story is taken a risk in life and changing the vision and mindset of thinking

My name is Jamiere Shagwell I’m currently CEO Piranha digital INC We provide Label Distribution Artist development Celebrity Booking Full Management Services . We are separated from other companies because we work Day by Day with our clients from day 1 we create Press kit ,copyrights, distribution deal consideration for all new clients we provide Studio Time in house Songwriters and engineers. I Feel Happy Every day I can wake up and change someone’s life by providing my services to Musician around the world . Since 2023 started we’ve been booking multiple artist across the states establishing partnerships deals with club owners in the south coast region .We currently have a full roster gearing up new projects for the next quarter & 2024
There is so much advice out there about all the different skills and qualities folks need to develop in order to succeed in today’s highly competitive environment and often it can feel overwhelming. So, if we had to break it down to just the three that matter most, which three skills or qualities would you focus on?
I learn my skills base on experience and research When u pursue your dream and discuss your vision with expiring people some will listen cause they believe and some will take your advice and move further in life. I believe in every artist I manage its not only the music its the brand and influence the Talent brings to the world if u believe in that person take the journey.
How would you describe your ideal client?
To become my clients is difficult because I pay attention to the Client behavior and How he/she is taken there career seriously I always start off with a 30 day consultation just to see if the artist is working with me for my connections or access to my Studio. After the 30 days if the client is consistent and Music is sounding perfect Ill sign the Artist no hesitation.
