We caught up with the brilliant and insightful Jasimin Hall a few weeks ago and have shared our conversation below.
Hi Jasimin, thank you for being such a positive, uplifting person. We’ve noticed that so many of the successful folks we’ve had the good fortune of connecting with have high levels of optimism and so we’d love to hear about your optimism and where you think it comes from.
Despite the demands of being an entrepreneur and raising three children, I remain resilient and draw my boundless optimism from the unwavering love and support of my family, whom empower me to radiate positivity in all facets of life.

I am a licensed esthetician in the Dallas area. I’ve been licensed for 5 years now. I specialize in skin care, lash extensions , body waxing and more. I love to help my clients learn about ways to improve and treat their skin in order to maintain that healthy glow we all love. I am currently working towards adding more permanent makeup services such as eyebrow shading and also lip blushing. My brand is Jazz_the_Esthetician on Instagram and I’m working to increase my following and reach on that platform.
There is so much advice out there about all the different skills and qualities folks need to develop in order to succeed in today’s highly competitive environment and often it can feel overwhelming. So, if we had to break it down to just the three that matter most, which three skills or qualities would you focus on?
The three qualities I feel were the most impactful for my current journey are patience, resilience, and perseverance. Entrepreneurship in any form is a very challenging life choice. There are many ups and downs that could easily make someone give up easily. So I say stay strong in your faith and believe in yourself. Even when it gets really hard you have to know everything will work out in the end.
Tell us what your ideal client would be like?
My ideal client is someone who approaches each session with an open mind, communicates their skincare concerns clearly, and values the my expertise, leading to a collaborative and trust-based relationship that fosters positive results and a shared commitment to long-term skin health.
