Meet Jason Sayre

We were lucky to catch up with Jason Sayre recently and have shared our conversation below.

Jason, so glad you were able to set aside some time for us today. We’ve always admired not just your journey and success, but also the seemingly high levels of self-discipline that you seem to have mastered and so maybe we can start by chatting about how you developed it or where it comes from?
I have developed self-discipline over my years of life experience. It is imperative for being a good Accountant. But it has allowed me to reach goals as an Athlete, too.

I believe in healthy routines. I am happily engaged.

Thanks, so before we move on maybe you can share a bit more about yourself?
I lead an accounting department full-time in privately held enterprise. We are a Company that believes in balance for its employees. I operate remotely. I also work with RP Financial Services as their Tax Preparer while helping several other minor clients that I enjoy.

I am also sponsored to run at Live Events by All-Out Multicourse Productions. I loyally volunteer through constructive, health-minded, and positive avenues like 3W Races, too.

If you had to pick three qualities that are most important to develop, which three would you say matter most?
Honesty Strong Relationships
Trust

Alright so to wrap up, who deserves credit for helping you overcome challenges or build some of the essential skills you’ve needed?
Randall Sayre, my father. He is a retired banker. He keeps me grounded in what I do.
