Jason, we’re so excited for our community to get to know you and learn from your journey and the wisdom you’ve acquired over time. Let’s kick things off with a discussion on self-confidence and self-esteem. How did you develop yours?
Growing up athletics played a big role in my confidence. I played baseball and soccer and was pretty good. After HS I went into the military where I gained a lot of leadership experienced and performed a difficult job. Those two pieces are the foundation of where I draw my confidence and self-esteem.

If you had to pick three qualities that are most important to develop, which three would you say matter most?
Drive – As a business owner, you need to have the drive to overcome all the difficulties of launching and running a business. Analytics – Identifying opportunities, tracking correctly, and reviewing a business and its strategy in depth allows for the ability to identify opportunities. There is a fine balance between analysis paralysis and action. You have to take action in order to get something going and not get stuck thinking about it.
Leadership – Being able to lead employees and other businesses is a key element. As an owner it is imperative people are able to trust and follow you to reach their goals and dreams.
