Meet Jazmine Harris

We recently connected with Jazmine Harris and have shared our conversation below.

Jazmine , we’re thrilled to have you on our platform and we think there is so much folks can learn from you and your story. Something that matters deeply to us is living a life and leading a career filled with purpose and so let’s start by chatting about how you found your purpose.
To find your true calling is finding your purpose. Life will frequently present us with obstacles, but we must overcome them by jumping over them. Listen, I am able to say personally that finding your purpose will take time. Listen, there have been many moments when I have been uncertain of my life’s purpose. But I was always aware that that I was unique and didn’t blend in or stand out. I am unique because of God. It might sound weird, but as a young child, I often talked about my dream to become a youth pastor or a preacher. However, as you can see, I had no idea what I was saying. . I simply knew that I wanted to influence my generation for the better. Listen, I haven’t had an easy life at all. I went through some trauma as a child, but once I finished high school, everything changed. I was serious when I said that I was going to college to become a pastor, but God had different ideas for me. Well, once I started college, I switched my degree from business and administration to culinary arts. When asked what I truly wanted to do, Jazz responded, “I’m going to be a teacher.” And I’m glad to announce that I’m fulfilling more than just my purpose as a teacher. In addition to being a teacher, I’m also an author who has published two books. Over the course of my career, I’ve discovered that I have a variety of talents, including the ability to create posters, sermon clips, and YouTube intros. firmly believe what the Bible says in Jeremiah 29:11, and my faith in God is extremely strong. For I know the plans I have for you,” declares the Lord, “plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future. If I may leave you with just one piece of advice, it is to put God first before anything else. Without God, I wouldn’t be where I am today, and I know that there is much more to come for me. In the same way, I pray for you that you will be able to boldly live out your purpose throughout your life.

Great, so let’s take a few minutes and cover your story. What should folks know about you and what you do?
I have a heart of gold. As such, I’m ready to assist anyone in need in life. As people, we normally place more focus on helping ourselves than others. Listen, I’m the kind of person who will give you advise if you ask me for it. I recently gave three folks free help so they could self-publish their books. I just want to see people succeed. I recently published my first children’s book, and I’m currently working on publishing my third book, What Happens Behind the Pulpit. I also enjoy assisting others in developing their ministries such as creating flyers for them and developing short sermon videos. Listen, if you want to write or publish a book, I’ll leave my contact information. You may reach me by phone at 4707719837 or by email at Jazhar2015@gmail.com. Everyone has the potential to publish books on their own. at an affordable cost. At the age of 26, I’ll explain to you how I laid out to be a self-published author .I’ve always believed that my purpose is a part of my ministry

Looking back, what do you think were the three qualities, skills, or areas of knowledge that were most impactful in your journey? What advice do you have for folks who are early in their journey in terms of how they can best develop or improve on these?
Never give up, not even when things start to get worse. Listen, strangers are your best supporters. You will make mistakes throughout your life, but try not to let one of them prevent you from pursuing your dreams. The secret to any successful business is patience. When dealing with all types of people, you must have patience. Making a strategy is one of the most fundamental pieces of advise for entrepreneurs. One of the most important things a young entrepreneur can do is find a mentor. This is still good advice for business owners to follow also.. Your mentor should be a reliable resource who you can rely on for guidance, clarification, and assistance in expanding your network of relationships with others. Be willing to give something up. Listen, you stay up late while everyone else is sleeping, but you see many people don’t tell you this It usually takes a lot of trial and error, as well as calculated opportunities, to launch a business. Successful entrepreneurship needs unwavering devotion to your goal, which often necessitates forgoing time and resources in order to achieve it.
This is my final piece of advice. Be tenacious and confident in yourself.

How would you spend the next decade if you somehow knew that it was your last?
The biggest struggle in life is figuring out who you are; the second biggest is being content with who you are and making the most of it. A life-changing choice is to remain faithful to your own aspirations . If I somehow knew that this was going to be my last decade, how would I spend it? I would use it to explore the world, experience new things, and savor every second with my loved ones. Family is not always based on blood. I now have a spiritual family thanks to God.

I will spend time with them. I will always strive to make amends with my family since life is too short for carrying animosity. Don’t get me wrong, I adore my family dearly, but we all sometimes disagree on certain issues. Since I’m not trying to go to hell, I will always make sure that my life is in line with the Bible.I believe that each day you awaken with a purpose. Live each day as though it were your last, then. Be joyful and forgiving. The most crucial element is forgiveness, and I’m talking to myself too: How can we claim to love God as much as we do? But we can’t forgive our brothers and sisters. Forgiveness is not for them it for you. You won’t be free from the influence of those who wronged you until you sincerely forgive them! You’ll harbor malice, rage, and bitterness in your heart. These are all far too intense feelings to deal with on a daily basis. Sometimes we’re too arrogant to see that forgiving our abuser is more important for us than it is for them. You can manage someone and truly forgive them for what you now know about them. Reestablishing a previous relationship or trust is not what forgiveness entails.

in Ephesians 4:32.
