We’re excited to introduce you to the always interesting and insightful Jazzi Bee. We hope you’ll enjoy our conversation with Jazzi below.
Jazzi , we’re so excited for our community to get to know you and learn from your journey and the wisdom you’ve acquired over time. Let’s kick things off with a discussion on self-confidence and self-esteem. How did you develop yours?
Developing my confidence and self-esteem has been a journey shaped by experience, self-reflection, and intentional growth.
I’ve built confidence by continuously challenging myself—whether in leadership roles, event planning, or stepping into new opportunities like managing wellness initiatives and launching community projects. Each challenge has reinforced my abilities and resilience.
Self-esteem, for me, has come from embracing my strengths, learning from setbacks, and staying true to my values. I focus on personal development, surround myself with supportive people, and practice self-care to maintain a strong sense of self-worth.
I believe confidence grows when you trust yourself and take action despite uncertainty. I’d love to hear your thoughts as well!

Thanks for sharing that. So, before we get any further into our conversation, can you tell our readers a bit about yourself and what you’re working on?
I am deeply involved in community wellness, sustainability, and empowerment through my work as a Wellness Hub Manager and my leadership in Story Community Garden . My passion lies in creating spaces where people can heal, grow, and thrive—whether that’s through gardening, lifestyle education, or holistic wellness initiatives.
One of the most exciting aspects of my work is seeing individuals and communities transform by reconnecting with nature and learning sovereign systems of creating from the earth. Through Story Community Garden, I teach children and adults how to grow food, promote healthy eating, and build sustainable habits that foster long-term well-being. I’m also launching Jazzi Bee Honey, a for-profit venture connected to this mission, which will offer fresh, chemical-free produce and natural products.
Right now, I’m focused on expanding Story Community Garden as a social enterprise, developing educational content, and growing our reach through community events, social media engagement, and an upcoming eBook that will explain our mission and hydroponic gardening approach. Additionally, I’m launching a new podcast, The Art of Building Power, to connect changemakers and explore how purpose-driven work leads to empowerment.
I’m excited for what’s ahead and would love to connect with more like-minded individuals who are passionate about wellness, sustainability, and community building!

If you had to pick three qualities that are most important to develop, which three would you say matter most?
Looking back on my journey, three key qualities and skills that have been most impactful are resilience, adaptability, and community-building.
Resilience – Challenges will always arise, but having the ability to push forward, learn from setbacks, and stay committed to your vision is crucial. I’ve faced obstacles in launching initiatives, managing projects, and growing my brand, but resilience has kept me going. My advice? Embrace challenges as lessons, build a strong support system, and remember why you started.
Adaptability – Whether in business, nonprofit work, or creative endeavors, being open to change and innovation is essential. My work in wellness, community building, and entrepreneurship has taught me to pivot when needed and stay ahead of trends. To develop adaptability, stay curious, keep learning, and don’t be afraid to step outside your comfort zone.
Community-Building – Success is never a solo journey. Building meaningful relationships, collaborating with others, and creating impact through shared purpose have been game-changers for me. For those just starting out, I recommend networking with intention, seeking mentors, and giving back to the community that supports you.
No matter where you are in your journey, trust yourself, stay open to growth, and invest in connections that uplift and inspire you.

Okay, so before we go we always love to ask if you are looking for folks to partner or collaborate with?
