Meet Jean Armand

We’re excited to introduce you to the always interesting and insightful Jean Armand. We hope you’ll enjoy our conversation with Jean below.

Jean, we’re thrilled to have you on our platform and we think there is so much folks can learn from you and your story. Something that matters deeply to us is living a life and leading a career filled with purpose and so let’s start by chatting about how you found your purpose.

Finding your purpose comes from tapping into your inner person. How do you feel when your doing your job or business. I know the working in healthcare is my purpose because of the compassion and interest I have in the area

Great, so let’s take a few minutes and cover your story. What should folks know about you and what you do?

I graduated with BSN in nursing in 1987. I worked in many areas of nursing but settled in the Emergency Room Department. In 2003 I received my master’s in nursing and have been working as a Nurse Practitioner since. I continued mostly working in the Emergency Room. Saying, I have seen a lot of good and bads things is an understatement. I witnessed childbirth all the in betweens and multiple deaths. Health is truly wealth. I’ve travelled to California and Arizona worked on an Indian Reservation. There I realized how different healthcare is in America. All the different experiences have increased my passion and compassion for healthcare. In 2023 I purchased a Franchise. Prime IV Hydration and Wellness. This franchise was perfect for me because it is now allowing me to help clients work on staying healthy and combat some illness in more cost effective way. At Prime IV Hydration and Wellness. We help clients maintain adequate hydration, provide vitamins, minerals and amino acids that help support immunity, increase energy, combat fatigue and improve overall health and wellness. We assist with weight loss, anti-aging, balancing hormones. and so much more. My location is in Smyrna Georgia and I’m so grateful to be a owner so I can still work in healthcare. Instead of treating illness I can help prevent illness.

If you had to pick three qualities that are most important to develop, which three would you say matter most?

Eager to learn, Compassionate, and I wanted to treat others the way I would want them to treat me and my family. Sooner or later we will all have to see a doctor, nurse practitioner or someone else working in healthcare.

To close, maybe we can chat about your parents and what they did that was particularly impactful for you?

The most impactful thing my parents did was made it clear that my only choice was to go to school I agree college is not for everyone but it should be for most of us.
