We were lucky to catch up with Jeanette Ambriz recently and have shared our conversation below.

Jeanette, we’re thrilled to have you on our platform and we think there is so much folks can learn from you and your story. Something that matters deeply to us is living a life and leading a career filled with purpose and so let’s start by chatting about how you found your purpose.

I love serving others. Growing up in church, my purpose was always to lead people to Jesus (which I still do lol). But aside from that my purpose has always been to serve others with kindness, patience, generosity and love. And thats why I do what I do. I love coffee and people, and through my business I am able to serve other people that come from different backgrounds my delicious coffee. Im able share a kind smile. Im able to be welcoming and show care to whom ever tries my coffee. And thats what I love. I love creating connection with people. And the best thing is thing is I get to do that through coffee, because who doesn’t love coffee??

Appreciate the insights and wisdom. Before we dig deeper and ask you about the skills that matter and more, maybe you can tell our readers about yourself?

I’ve been married for 10 years to my husband Jorge, I’m a mom of 3, follower of Jesus so everything I do is rooted in Christ. I started my business in 2023 after helping my childhood church open and leading their coffee shop for 4+ years.
I’ve always loved coffee. my husband and I love trying to coffee shops every time we go to a new city, our travel to a new place. We love all the coffee.

I am the Owner of Sweet Blyss CO. A mobile coffee experience that brings the aroma of freshly brewed beans and the warmth of handcrafted espresso drinks right to your event. From weddings to grand openings, we’re here to elevate your gatherings with our unique blend of quality coffee and personalized service. Based in Southern California, we cater to a wide range of events, ensuring every cup we serve leaves a lasting impression. Whether it’s helping couples celebrate their special day or assisting businesses in stamping their brand in the hearts of their guests, we’re passionate about crafting unforgettable moments, one sip at a time.

We are excited for the new year and what it holds. Our goal this year is to expand and open a location. Bring a welcoming and homy space for everyone who loves coffee + matcha! We are hoping to open a location in the city of San Bernardino where we live currently. We need more coffee shops in our city! With the goal in mind to continue offering our mobile coffe cart to cater to events still.

If you had to pick three qualities that are most important to develop, which three would you say matter most?

Being optimistic and not being afraid to ask for help when you don’t know about something. I didn’t start this business on my own. I didn’t know what a coffee cart entailed. I had created a new connection with another woman entrepreneur who also had her own coffee cart business. I reached out to her and she was able to lead me in the right direction on what I needed to buy and get started, she connected me with certain vendors to get the coffee cart started. Thank you Cynthia! Being a self learner, having the initiative to learn and put things into action.
Marketing skills in a plus to have. I have experience in Marketing via social media, since I have been doing it for my Photography business too, for 5+ years now.
Being a People’s person is another plus! I’ve worked in team and with people since I was a teenager. So that helped me grow in my peoples skills and help me to connect, communicate, and be kind with others. Being an extrovert helps at times.
In 2020 I was able to help my church begin their coffee shop. So based on all things coffee, equipment, payment, and quality I was able to learn the in and outs. Thank you Alcance Victoria SB.

Okay, so before we go we always love to ask if you are looking for folks to partner or collaborate with?

Yes, we are absolutely open to partnerships and collaborations! We’re particularly interested in working with big brands for exciting branding activations and corporate events where we can serve our high-quality coffee drinks and bring a unique, engaging experience to the occasion.

By collaborating with these partners, we can continue to grow and invest in our business with the ultimate goal of opening our own coffee shop in our city San Bernardino and other surrounding areas in the future. We’re passionate about creating a fun, vibrant atmosphere and bringing that same energy to branding and corporate events, enhancing their branding with not only delicious coffee but also a memorable experience full of aesthetic appeal and great vibes.
