We recently connected with Jeanette Faria and have shared our conversation below.
Hi Jeanette, thanks for sharing your insights with our community today. Part of your success, no doubt, is due to your work ethic and so we’d love if you could open up about where you got your work ethic from?
I absolutely get my work ethic from my parents. Growing up, I watched both of them work incredibly hard in different ways. My dad often worked multiple jobs at a time, and my mom took on roles in several different fields throughout my childhood. She stayed home to take care of me when I was born- and did the same for my brother 17 years later- which was every bit as demanding as working outside the home. No matter what our situation was, they always made sure our family was provided for.
Seeing their dedication and willingness to do whatever it took really shaped how I approach my own work. These examples have guided me throughout my career and continue to motivate me to give my best in everything I do.

Thanks, so before we move on maybe you can share a bit more about yourself?
I’m the founder of Jeanette Danielle Wellness, and I help clients get to the root causes of their health concerns through an integrative approach. My work focuses on identifying what’s happening inside the body through functional lab testing and bioenergetic scans, so clients can finally understand why they feel the way they do and bring the body back into balance.
What excites me most is spending the time to educate clients on nutrition, drainage, complementary therapies and supplementation and then seeing their health improve.
Healing doesn’t have to feel overwhelming or complicated. It’s about understanding your unique biochemistry and energy, and using that information to make intentional changes that create lasting results.
I now offer in-person sessions for local clients, which has been a fun addition to my practice. Being able to connect face-to-face in a serene setting and incorporate bioenergetic testing in real time adds another layer of depth and personalization to the healing process.

Looking back, what do you think were the three qualities, skills, or areas of knowledge that were most impactful in your journey? What advice do you have for folks who are early in their journey in terms of how they can best develop or improve on these?
Curiosity has always driven me to keep learning. I have always been fascinated by the human body and all that it is capable of. After becoming ill and going through my own health journey and now guiding others through protocols, I am still amazed at how certain symptoms are connected and how different modalities can support healing. There are always new webinars to watch, and studies to read. I think in this field, being endlessly curious keeps your work fresh and supports your clients in the best way possible.
Empathy has been equally as important. So many people come to me after years of feeling unheard or dismissed. Being able to truly listen to their struggles and take them seriously, changes everything. Healing starts when someone feels seen and understood.
Persistence is definitely required. That’s what has carried me through the ups and downs of building a health coaching business and adding the bioenergetic testing side to my practice. There are moments when things don’t go as planned, but staying positive and committed to my “why” has made all the difference.
My advice for anyone early in their journey is to stay confident but humble. Remind yourself that you have the knowledge to help people and that you know things many others don’t. However, never act as if you know everything. There will be times when you’ll have to research a complicated case and learn something new. This will significantly improve how you’ll serve others in the future. Focus on genuine connection with your clients and trust that growth will come from showing up authentically, not from having it all figured out right away.

Who is your ideal client or what sort of characteristics would make someone an ideal client for you?
My ideal client is someone who is truly ready to change and be an active, dedicated participant in their own health journey. I see mostly women and children, and the clients that are the most successful are the ones who are committed to the process. They view this as an investment into their long-term health, and not a quick fix. They are willing to consistently experiment with new habits, and make shifts in their nutrition, stress management, sleep and movement.
I especially love working with clients who are feeling frustrated and lost because of their complex history. I genuinely love figuring out those cases where a client has seen many different specialists, undergone extensive testing, and has been told repeatedly that everything looks normal- yet they still don’t feel well.
I examine their history, and try to connect the dots between lifestyle factors, stress and symptoms. This helps them to finally get the answers they deserve. If a client feels like they’re at the end of their rope and no one has been able to put the pieces together, they are exactly the person I want to help.
