Meet JEDA VOICE

We recently connected with JEDA VOICE and have shared our conversation below.

JEDA, we’re thrilled to have you sharing your thoughts and lessons with our community. So, for folks who are at a stage in their life or career where they are trying to be more resilient, can you share where you get your resilience from?
All my resilience comes from past failures and rejections. I had to find out how to recover from rejection. Pain is something that for me has made me overcome tough aspirations. It gave me the edge I needed to be resilient towards any cause.

Thanks, so before we move on maybe you can share a bit more about yourself?
My artistry is all about crafting the perfect fantasy in my mind. Imagination is everything—it shapes how things sound, look, and feel, creating an experience that’s authentic and immersive. As long as I continue to nurture that fantasy, the creative energy will flow naturally. Imagination is a powerful tool. When I’m working on a song, I have to evoke the right emotion and create a moment that gives me goosebumps—because if I don’t feel it, I can’t expect anyone else to. Whether it’s through lyrics or sound, I strive to be convincing. It’s about finding that balance where reality meets fantasy, making it real enough to connect and magical enough to inspire.

My approach to business mirrors the tools I use in my artistry—visualizing the steps, imagining the outcome, and turning vision into reality. Challenges are inevitable in any career, but I maintain a strong mindset because the work must get done. To me, everything is business. I’m in the music business, media business, fashion business, and transportation business, and I approach each day with unwavering passion.

Before becoming an entrepreneur, I wore many hats—janitor, salesman, customer service rep, landscaper, caregiver, and industrial worker. No matter the role, I strived to be the best. I’m not ashamed of where I started, nor do I carry excessive pride. I’ve felt every emotion along this journey, and that’s why I know I’m built to endure adversity and tough times. I’ve done the jobs others shy away from, and those experiences shaped me into the person I am today. Running my own company isn’t just about skills—it’s about heart. If you don’t have that, you’re not made for this.

If you had to pick three qualities that are most important to develop, which three would you say matter most?
Understanding the mission, understanding the importance in preparation and extreme action. Willing to take the risk is a huge part of the journey. With those four you can attack any job and any business. The advice I would give is to continue to work on what you’re working on now. Even though it may not be what you want at this second but, allow what you’re doing now to build you up to that point. For example, if I want to own a restaurant one day but, right now I am a cook. I would take the time to know each area of that business before taking the jump. If you spend time understanding the restaurant that you are cooking at, by the time you master that you will be ready do take on your will own because of your experience. Sometimes what we do now is preparing us for what we do later. So, I would say pay close attention to what you’re doing now and if what you’re doing now is not what you want, how can what you’re doing now prepare you for what you want.

What’s been one of your main areas of growth this year?
The ability to understand people even more. Every person is different and their goal is different. If you can be relatable to different types of people you probably can rule the world. Patience, rhythm and timing. Understanding the seeds that you plant today may not grow today. But, understanding that they will have the opportunity to grow tomorrow. So, having the patience in different seasons of your life.
