Hi Jeff, thanks for sharing your insights with our community today. Part of your success, no doubt, is due to your work ethic and so we’d love if you could open up about where you got your work ethic from?

I get my work ethic from my grandfather Nick, may he rest in peace. My grandfather’s family came to America in the early 1900s from Naples, Italy. At an early age my grandfather had to hustle and take care of his siblings. He was a veteran and worked as a long shoreman, custodian, and painter. He was always hustling to provide for his family. He was a very generous man and was always in my life. As a kid he would take me to my little league baseball games and karate classes. He was a tough guy who took no crap but he had a huge heart and was loving and caring.

Thanks, so before we move on maybe you can share a bit more about yourself?

I started grungingpumpkins in October 2023. The name is a tribute to two of my favorite things; grunge music and The Smashing Pumpkins. In addition to my love of grunge music and The Smashing Pumpkins I promote the music of unsigned and signed bands and artists (new or established). The goal is to get the word out and showcase their music.

If you had to pick three qualities that are most important to develop, which three would you say matter most?

Three qualities/skills are experience as a former alternative rock band manager, music lover, and the influence of my Uncle Bobby (former 70s rock band member, Lady Gaga’s former manager, and former Director of the Songwriters Hall of Fame). He is now retired.

One of our goals is to help like-minded folks with similar goals connect and so before we go we want to ask if you are looking to partner or collab with others – and if so, what would make the ideal collaborator or partner?

Absolutely would love to collaborate and partner with record labels, radio stations, and podcasts to name a few. Open to other ventures as well as it relates to grungingpumpkins.
