Meet Jeff Robbins

We’re excited to introduce you to the always interesting and insightful Jeff Robbins. We hope you’ll enjoy our conversation with Jeff below.

Hi Jeff, thanks for sharing your insights with our community today. Part of your success, no doubt, is due to your work ethic and so we’d love if you could open up about where you got your work ethic from?

I’d say my work ethic really comes from a mix of early influences and real-world experience. Growing up, I saw firsthand the value of taking responsibility and following through, and that stuck with me. Early in my career, I built a landscaping business from the ground up, which taught me that there’s no substitute for rolling up your sleeves and doing the work yourself. Since then, starting and growing multiple companies — often tackling challenges in formulation, packaging, and logistics — has reinforced that persistence and problem-solving are non-negotiable. And because my work is tied to a mission I care deeply about, sustainability, I stay motivated even when things get tough. Surrounding myself with great people has also been key — when you work alongside others who share your values, it’s easy to push through challenges and keep going.

Great, so let’s take a few minutes and cover your story. What should folks know about you and what you do?

I’m the founder of Drinklits, a hydration brand that makes eco-friendly electrolyte tablets designed to be dropped into a reusable water bottle. What excites me most is that we’re helping people feel their best every day while reducing single-use plastic waste and lowering the carbon footprint of hydration — it’s health and sustainability in one simple, tasty step.

Our tablets are sugar-free, naturally flavored, and packed with essential electrolytes like sodium, potassium, magnesium, and calcium, so whether you’re working out, chasing kids, or just getting through a busy day, staying hydrated becomes easy and enjoyable.

We’ve been growing fast, partnering with events like Bluesapalooza and pickleball tournaments to get Drinklits into people’s hands, and we’re working on expanding into more retail locations so it’s even easier to find us. Our mission is simple: Do More. Feel Good. We want to make everyday hydration healthier for people and better for the planet.

There is so much advice out there about all the different skills and qualities folks need to develop in order to succeed in today’s highly competitive environment and often it can feel overwhelming. So, if we had to break it down to just the three that matter most, which three skills or qualities would you focus on?

Looking back, the three qualities that have made the biggest difference for me are resilience, creative problem-solving, and relationship-building.

Resilience has been essential — in business, setbacks are inevitable, whether it’s a supply chain issue or a product challenge. The ability to keep going, learn from the situation, and adapt quickly has kept my companies moving forward. For anyone starting out, I’d say put yourself in situations that stretch you and get comfortable being uncomfortable — that’s where resilience is built.

Creative problem-solving has helped me turn obstacles into opportunities. When you don’t have unlimited resources, you learn to think differently, test new ideas, and find workarounds. My advice is to approach problems with curiosity instead of frustration, and don’t be afraid to experiment — even “failed” experiments teach you something valuable.

Relationship-building has opened doors I couldn’t have forced open alone. From mentors and team members to customers and partners, surrounding yourself with people who share your values and believe in your vision makes all the difference. For those starting out, be genuine, give more than you take, and treat every interaction like it matters — because it does.

Okay, so before we go we always love to ask if you are looking for folks to partner or collaborate with?

Yes — we’re always looking to connect with people who can help expand Drinklits’ reach and impact. On one side, we’re interested in partnering with buyers, brokers, and distributors who can help us get Drinklits into more retail locations so customers can find us wherever they shop. On the other, we’re looking for social media influencers and content creators who genuinely align with our mission of making hydration healthier for people and better for the planet.

If you have strong retail connections or an engaged audience that values wellness, sustainability, and eco-friendly living, we’d love to explore how we can work together. The best way to connect is to reach out through our website at www.drinklits.com or send us a direct message on Instagram @drinklits.
