Alright – so today we’ve got the honor of introducing you to Jenna Sanchez. We think you’ll enjoy our conversation, we’ve shared it below.

Jenna, thank you so much for making time for us today. We can’t wait to dive into your story and the lessons you’ve learned along the way, but maybe we can start with something foundational to your success. How have you gone about developing your ability to communicate effectively?
As Infinity Rose Events Co enters our fourth year of business in Oklahoma, we have developed processes that are efficient, timely and communicative. We have found that with every Wedding Planning package, each requires a different amount of communication, tailoring to the client/individual directly, and organization. We have found the best form of communication to stay organized is via Email. With our Full & Partial Planning clients, we organize different email chains regarding what the conversation is about. For example: we have an entire email chain regarding Photography, Videography, Florals, etc. Using this method of communication and organization makes the planning process run smoothly from start to finish.

Throughout the planning process, we find communicating openly with our clients is the best form of communication we can offer them! We ask for the same in return as we discuss all of the details to make their big day or event the best it could possibly be. We organize and schedule set meeting times with each of our clients depending on the date of their Wedding/Event and we have set tasks that we accomplish at each of these meetings. Setting these goals, deadlines, meetings and timelines in advance make for months of easy communication throughout the planning process!

Great, so let’s take a few minutes and cover your story. What should folks know about you and what you do?
My name is Jenna Sanchez. I opened Infinity Rose Events Co when I was a Sophomore in College looking for a change in Career. I had been studying Business Administration in College and knew I had a passion for Wedding & Event Planning. I began in the industry assisting another local Wedding Planning Company, where she referred me to reach out to a venue to gain experience. As I reached out to a local Wedding Venue, I began with them as an Assistant Coordinator for a majority of their Weddings/Events. I graduated college with a Bachelors Degree in Business Administration and Double Minors in Marketing & Management – where I took what I learned to continue to grow our business, helping 45+ couples a year make their dream days come true!

Both of these areas provided me with knowledge to take the leap and open Infinity Rose Events in February of 2022, graduating college the following May of 2023. It has transformed into a company of women who are passionate for planning, organizing, coordinating, and making visions come to life! We offer Business Mentorships, Internships and Shadowing opportunities to individuals interested in taking the leap into the Wedding & Event Planning world as well. Every one of our girls on our team have gone through an “Internship” process containing months of interning prior to joining us. They all have the same passion and goal – making your dream day come to life better than anyone could imagine! Offering a variety of different package options for Weddings & Events (all listed & detailed on our website), we want to tailor your needs for your specific day. We also offer “Rent IR” services where you can rent miscellaneous decor and items to make the planning process somewhat easier; as well as, VIP Days where we assist in “planning your dream day in as little as 24 hours!”

Outside of Infinity Rose Events Co, I am a Volunteer at Tulsa CASA, and have a fun hobby of coaching Volleyball to girls in 8th-9th grade. Balancing the full time career of a Wedding Planner with a side of fun, coaching volleyball in the off season has been a blessing! I am a sucker for an Iced Latte, a movie on Netflix, and traveling the world. I married my high school sweetheart back in 2023, and since then, we have developed a wonderful life of growing our careers, traveling, loving on our two fur babies, Luna & Nova, and expecting our first baby in the Summer of 2026.

There is so much advice out there about all the different skills and qualities folks need to develop in order to succeed in today’s highly competitive environment and often it can feel overwhelming. So, if we had to break it down to just the three that matter most, which three skills or qualities would you focus on?
Throughout my journey of starting Infinity Rose Events Co, three qualities that stick out to me that helped me accomplish this goal & succeed were the following: 1. Organization – This contributed to knowing what the priorities were in the beginning of Wedding Planning and watching these priorities have a huge impact on the outcome of the business.
2. Timeliness – Fast Response Time | Knowing that clients want to hear from you sooner rather than later – We have dedicated processes in order for our clients to get a response in a timely manner, so we can chat about all the details sooner!
3. Communication – Being open to our clients about our processes, communication methods, and organization contributes to a great connecting factor between our team and the client.

For any individuals looking into the Wedding & Event Planning field, my advice is to begin! Start somewhere. That is why we offer different business opportunities tailored to individuals interested in the Wedding & Event field. I would not be where I am today had I not made the jump and reached out to another Wedding Planner in town, and I want to be able to add more girls to our team that are interested and passionate about the same goal!

Tell us what your ideal client would be like?
As a full time Wedding & Event Planning company based out of Tulsa, Oklahoma, we have developed ideal clientele. Over the years, you have to understand that we may not be the right fit for you, and that is okay! We are more than happy being open about this topic and finding you the best fit for you, tailored to your every need. As much as we would love to work with you, finding you a Wedding & Event Planner that not only aligns with your budget, but your vision as well, is more important.

Our ideal clientele are clients who are able to fully trust us. Being in this industry, our main “work days” are weekends. To some clients, this is hard to grasp, as we too need a break after our extensive 12-14 hour work days. As well as response times – clients who understand that we are doing everything in our power to get a response back to you as soon as possible, are the ones that we develop great connections with. In the end, it is solely about trust and trusting the team that you hire to bring your vision to life – this makes for 10x smoother of a Wedding day. We adore clients who are open to hearing about our visions for them, incorporating their ideas and goals, and in the end, trusting us that WE want THEM to have the best day ever & we will do everything in our power to make that happen!
