Meet Jennifer Greiiner

We were lucky to catch up with Jennifer Greiiner recently and have shared our conversation below.

Hi Jennifer, thank you for joining us today and sharing your experiences and acquired wisdom with us. Burnout is a huge topic these days and so we’d love to kick things off by discussing your thoughts on overcoming or avoiding burnout

Human Design found me in 2020. It gave me permission to be me, to allow my gifts to shine beyond the conditioning of hustle that has only led me to burnout. It allowed me to see and honor deep wounds I’d be avoiding, that were contributing to my overworking to prove my value. It also showed me the path out of burnout…what I needed to focus on and shift to find alignment.
Learning about Human Design logically helped me understand myself, my needs and what was keeping me burned out.
Embodying this information and putting it into practice is something I still continue to work on five years later.

Let’s take a small detour – maybe you can share a bit about yourself before we dive back into some of the other questions we had for you?

After ten years in the mental health field, I transitioned into coaching so I could help individuals in the way I saw they were needing. To guide them along their journey to honoring the truth and authenticity of who they are, and letting go of all that they are not, for a life they couldn’t even imagine.

Within my business, Divine Vitality, I help accomplished entrepreneurs break old patterns and align with their unique energy through Human Design and therapy, fostering thriving relationships and personal fulfillment.
Through providing workshops, readings and assessments, I help people understand the language of Human Design and what it means specifically for them. I love providing Mini Readings and Energetic Assessment.

Through coaching, I guide individuals to embodying their unique gifts to stand in the power and bring their gifts and magic to the world. My signature program, InHer Work allows for massive transformation into an aligned life and business.

I also have group containers including Planning by Design and Creatrix Mastermind where we combine the transformation I provide for individuals, with my business partners who specialize in the business aspects for a thriving, aligned business.

There is so much advice out there about all the different skills and qualities folks need to develop in order to succeed in today’s highly competitive environment and often it can feel overwhelming. So, if we had to break it down to just the three that matter most, which three skills or qualities would you focus on?

Mental Health, Self-awareness – Mental & Emotional, Understanding your own unique energy within you and aligned decision making (Authority).

Before we go, any advice you can share with people who are feeling overwhelmed?

Stop, Breathe, Reflect, Choose.
First, we have to have the awareness of when we’re feeling overwhelmed so that we can address it right when it begins, rather than letting it build.
We Stop. Pause, Stand still and literally stop everything that you’re doing when the light goes off that you’re feeling overwlemed.
Take a deep belly breath and audibly sigh it out to help regulate your nervous system.
Reflect on what you need to remember during these times. Coming back to your Human Design, intentions, goals, or hearing a guide’s voice can help you reflect.
Then consciously choose. Consult with your inner authority to make and aligned decision for you in that moment now that you are more regulated and mindful of your own needs.
Continue to do this and watch the overwhelm transform.
Slowing down and making time to check in with yourself can lead to profound changes.
