Meet Jennifer Kalawur

We recently connected with Jennifer Kalawur and have shared our conversation below.

Hi Jennifer, really happy you were able to join us today and we’re looking forward to sharing your story and insights with our readers. Let’s start with the heart of it all – purpose. How did you find your purpose?
I found my purpose after my daughter moved out of our home to begin her adult adventure. I was quite lost and grieving my only known purpose as a mom raising her child. Slowly, I began my own adventure as an empty nester. I developed through my yoga practices and training over the years, ran my yoga studio, and learned about life coaching. After the pandemic closed the studio, I trained as a coach online. I found a way to bring my experience, skills, personality and passion to service others through this vocation.

Great, so let’s take a few minutes and cover your story. What should folks know about you and what you do?
I founded Navigate Life Transitions to help clients move through the pivotal shifts in life. The yoga practice has been the foundation, as it strengthens awareness to make optimal choices. It also addresses all the aspects of life; physical, mental, emotional and spiritual. I keep it simple so it’s accessible and effective. I also use other divination tools and techniques, including Reiki, astrology, tarot and Akashic readings. I offer these services that are useful and enjoyable. The coaching is custom to the individual, which may include all of these services or focus on the most appropriate. The essential goal of coaching is the connection and the results.
I’m currently beta testing a 12-week online program for empaths, to better understand, navigate and utilize their strengths and challenges. I’m seeing a strong need for this program as our society is shifting rapidly, and people are choosing to evolve or devolve. This will be available in September 2024.

If you had to pick three qualities that are most important to develop, which three would you say matter most?
I choose this journey after the empty nest pivot for my own happiness. I needed my life to have meaning, and that’s what I’ve been cultivating for over a decade. What has been most impactful on my journey is prioritizing self-care, listening, and trusting God.

How can folks who want to work with you connect?
