We were lucky to catch up with Jennifer Mason recently and have shared our conversation below.
Jennifer, we’re so excited for our community to get to know you and learn from your journey and the wisdom you’ve acquired over time. Let’s kick things off with a discussion on self-confidence and self-esteem. How did you develop yours?
With my mother’s invaluable guidance, I nurtured unwavering confidence and soaring self-esteem. In my formative years, she skillfully sowed seeds of belief that blossomed into a resilient and self-assured spirit. As I matured, I embraced my true identity as defined by God, and a transformative shift occurred, empowering me to conquer any challenge life presents
Thanks for sharing that. So, before we get any further into our conversation, can you tell our readers a bit about yourself and what you’re working on?

Before we go, any advice you can share with people who are feeling overwhelmed?
I slow down and take a break. I do not live in the ” hustle” world. I live in a world of Grace. If I have the grace needed that day great if not it can wait.
Put some music on and enjoy the vibes.
Pray and rest in God
Call a friend that uplifts your spirit
Go outside and get some fresh air.
