Meet Jeronimo Arias Gomez

We caught up with the brilliant and insightful Jeronimo Arias Gomez a few weeks ago and have shared our conversation below.

Jeronimo , first a big thank you for taking the time to share your thoughts and insights with us today. I’m sure many of our readers will benefit from your wisdom, and one of the areas where we think your insight might be most helpful is related to imposter syndrome. Imposter syndrome is holding so many people back from reaching their true and highest potential and so we’d love to hear about your journey and how you overcame imposter syndrome.

Overcoming imposter syndrome is often an ongoing journey, especially for entrepreneurs who are building something unique. For me, it was about finding confidence in small but consistent victories. In the beginning, I focused on each project as a learning experience. Connecting deeply with clients, understanding their needs, and making sure we were part of their team helped me see our value.

The most important lesson I learned is that taking action is everything. You’ll never feel completely ready for the next step, but waiting for the perfect moment means missing opportunities.

Thanks for sharing that. So, before we get any further into our conversation, can you tell our readers a bit about yourself and what you’re working on?

My company RLT Visualization Studios, creates 3D visuals for interior designers and architects all over the US. At RLT Visualization Studio, we pride ourselves on creating stunning visuals that bring our clients’ visions to life. But what truly sets us apart is the way we connect with our clients. We don’t just offer a service—we immerse ourselves in their projects, working closely with them to understand their goals, needs, and passion. This collaborative approach makes us feel like part of their team, allowing us to produce visuals that not only meet their expectations but also reflect the essence of their vision.

Looking back, what do you think were the three qualities, skills, or areas of knowledge that were most impactful in your journey? What advice do you have for folks who are early in their journey in terms of how they can best develop or improve on these?

Resilience, sales skills, and design knowledge were key. Resilience helped me push through the tough moments, while sales skills taught me to connect with clients by focusing on their needs, not just a pitch. And design knowledge? That’s what let me speak my clients’ language and bring their vision to life. For anyone starting out, I’d say: keep learning, build real relationships, and don’t let setbacks stop you.

Thanks so much for sharing all these insights with us today. Before we go, is there a book that’s played in important role in your development?

I’d definitely recommend Fall in Love with the Problem, Not the Solution to any entrepreneur. It’s all about staying focused on the problem you’re solving instead of getting too attached to one idea. That mindset keeps you flexible, grounded, and always looking out for what really matters to your clients.
