Meet Jesse Miron

Alright – so today we’ve got the honor of introducing you to Jesse Miron. We think you’ll enjoy our conversation, we’ve shared it below.

Jesse, so good to have you with us today. We’ve always been impressed with folks who have a very clear sense of purpose and so maybe we can jump right in and talk about how you found your purpose?

Growing up when I was younger, I used to lay in bed and literally cry to myself. I would be upset at the thought that I would be screaming to the void forever, and that my voice, my art, my creations would never be heard. if I could go back I would tell myself, that it may not be as much as you could’ve hoped, but hundreds and thousands of people every single day see your face. That your art and your creation is heard by others. Whether they like it or not, it’s up to them, but they do hear you they see you. I would also tell myself that you go to work every single day for 10 hours plus and it’s not easy. That you don’t get to be a rockstar, yet. But there are many you meet that like you for who you are and there are people who rely on you and that it would make you feel good and important. I would lastly tell
Myself that that feeling to help others and be that one that they can lean on is your purpose. To inspire to care and to show that there’s a process and to follow it. Finding my purpose overtime I realized it’s the people around me. Making others feel good feel cared for and be that sunshiny bright person that a lot failed to be. And show all those people that you can do this that and 1000 other things so long as your heart desires it.

Thanks, so before we move on maybe you can share a bit more about yourself?

There is so much advice out there about all the different skills and qualities folks need to develop in order to succeed in today’s highly competitive environment and often it can feel overwhelming. So, if we had to break it down to just the three that matter most, which three skills or qualities would you focus on?

Cleanliness and organizing your life and yourself, your mind is of the up most importance. Your items and yourself. A mind clogged and clouded may never find a path. Second thing I would say is research. knowledge and fact seeking in your own right. Whatever that means. Read books, watching YouTube videos, reading articles, whatever it is. Research and you find your principality, you find your morals and you stick to it. Don’t meander from the path and blindly listen to what others say just because you’re afraid. Stand by yourself and what you believe in. And lastly, do not objectify yourself. Always stay strong to who you are develop your backbone and stay with who you are. That’s gonna be your strongest route to your self. Being genuine. I’ve found success in my career/ creative engineering by maintaining these standards for myself and having my own “proof” within myself.

What has been your biggest area of growth or improvement in the past 12 months?

Accepting help from the people around you isn’t easy when you are use to do everything yourself. We all have to after all. Finances, satisfying the people around you, the rat race at work , the impossibilities that life begs that you figure it out yourself, until you realize that it’s impossible to do by yourself.

In the month of March. I broke my ankle at work and it took from me what I love the most about myself, which was my speed. For a few month my ability to walk. Simple task became difficult. Painful. And at first I didn’t want to accept the help from the people around me. After being such a way for so long, even though those closest to you were there to offer a hand , I was used to being the one to offer the handle all the time so it was really difficult to accept help. I did not see their outreached hand in a mind clouded, fogged.

But as the recovery prolonged physical therapy learning to walk again, I learned that the people around me always have my back and that you have to accept help sometimes you in order to be truly successful. Even if it may be hard and you’re not used to it try your best to find the people that are close to you and see if they have a hand reached out. Maybe if it’s covered in the fog and you can’t see it. Good.
