One of the topics we think is most important for folks looking to level up their lives is building up their self-confidence and self-esteem. Can you share how you developed your confidence?
I have developed my self esteem with confidence of who I am thru my career just seeing all the smiles and happiness in every relationship build tru my clients and just seen their happy face

My name is Jessenia I’m located in centra Florida born and raised in Puerto Rico I graduated cosmetology school in 2000 licensed in 2001 Im a mother of two teenagers since I was young I always knew that I wanted to work in the beauty industry. After years during knowledge and education I’m fully experienced in all hair needs. My goal is for every client that sits in my chair comes out with the biggest smile ever
Looking back, what do you think were the three qualities, skills, or areas of knowledge that were most impactful in your journey? What advice do you have for folks who are early in their journey in terms of how they can best develop or improve on these?
My first quality is experience and being grateful for every outcome in my career being able to make clients feel happy and look beautiful. I also love to help others that want to start this career
Tell us what your ideal client would be like?
My ideal client is a person that respects boundaries respects your time and will never down grade you for your prices. I love each and everyone of my girls and I make them feel special around me
