We recently connected with Jessica Wiler and have shared our conversation below.
Jessica, so good to have you with us today. We’ve always been impressed with folks who have a very clear sense of purpose and so maybe we can jump right in and talk about how you found your purpose?
I’ve always been someone who’s willing to take chances, especially if it means discovering something meaningful. I believe finding your purpose isn’t always about having a clear plan, it’s about taking action, trying new things, and being open to the unexpected. Sometimes your purpose evolves over time, and it’s actually fun to follow the breadcrumb trail life leaves for you.
Years ago, I was living a high-paced lifestyle in New York City, but deep down, I knew I needed a shift. So I took a leap and moved abroad to teach English, not because I had it all figured out, but because I wanted to step outside of my routine and give myself space to reconnect with myself.
That time away gave me clarity. I started asking deeper questions like: What actually lights me up? What kind of life feels meaningful to me? That’s when I began exploring spiritual modalities like energy healing, intuitive practices, and hypnotherapy. The more I followed my curiosity, the more aligned and alive I felt. Eventually, it became clear that helping others explore their soul’s journey was not just a passion, it was my purpose.
Now, I get to help people uncover their truth, heal, and live more authentically. Whether it’s through hypnotherapy, intuitive readings, or sharing spiritual guidance, I’m honored to support others as they find their own path and I’m grateful every day that I trusted myself enough to find mine.
Appreciate the insights and wisdom. Before we dig deeper and ask you about the skills that matter and more, maybe you can tell our readers about yourself?
I’m the founder of Spirit Explorations, where I guide people through deep inner journeys using hypnotherapy, past life regression, energy healing, and intuitive spiritual guidance. My work centers around helping others reconnect with their soul’s wisdom, heal old wounds, and step into a more aligned and meaningful life.
One of the most rewarding parts of what I do is working with creative, especially those in the entertainment industry. Past life regressions can be incredibly powerful for storytellers. These sessions often uncover untold stories, emotional themes, or even ancient mysteries that seem to be waiting to be brought to life. It’s like tapping into a hidden archive of inspiration. Many creatives walk away not only with personal healing, but also with a clearer creative vision or a deeper sense of the story they’re here to tell.
What makes Spirit Explorations unique is the combination of intuitive insight and grounded therapeutic processes. I hold space for people to explore their inner world in a way that’s safe, expansive, and often surprisingly joyful, even when we’re working through deeper emotional layers. Clients often say the work feels sacred, yet practical.
Whether someone is seeking clarity, healing, inspiration, or purpose, I truly believe exploring the soul’s journey can unlock everything they’ve been searching for.
If you had to pick three qualities that are most important to develop, which three would you say matter most?
1. Trusting My Intuition
One of the most impactful things I’ve learned is how to listen to that quiet inner voice even when it doesn’t make sense to others. My intuition has guided me toward unexpected opportunities and big life shifts that ended up changing everything. For anyone just starting out, I’d say: give yourself space to slow down and really hear your inner guidance. Start by following those small nudges, they might not always be loud, but they’re often right. The more you act on them, the stronger your connection becomes.
2. Emotional Resilience
The spiritual path isn’t always easy, it brings up everything you need to look at in order to grow. There were moments when I had to sit with discomfort, self-doubt, or grief. But learning to stay with those emotions rather than run from them made me stronger, softer, and more compassionate with others. My advice? Don’t avoid the hard stuff. It’s not a setback, it’s part of the process. Healing is rarely linear, and that’s okay.
3. A Willingness to Keep Learning
I’m doing what I can to keep expanding, whether it’s through trainings, books, client sessions, or spiritual downloads. Staying open and curious has kept my work evolving in powerful ways. If you’re at the beginning of your journey, stay humble and excited to learn. You don’t need to have it all figured out. Just keep taking the next right step, and the path will reveal itself as you go.
How would you describe your ideal client?
My ideal client is someone who is curious, open-hearted, and ready to explore the deeper layers of who they are. They might feel stuck, lost, or like something is missing, but deep down, they know there’s more to life than what they’ve been told. They’re not afraid to ask big questions like “Why am I here?” or “What’s my soul’s purpose?”
A large part of my work is with creatives in the entertainment industry—writers, filmmakers, and storytellers—who seek inspiration for their books, movies, or series. Through past life regression, they tap into untold stories and mysteries from past lives waiting to be shared. This process is deeply inspirational and helps unlock fresh, powerful material that comes straight from the soul.
I also work with spiritual seekers and people going through life transitions who want to go beyond surface-level healing to really remember their truth and step into a more meaningful life. An important part of my mission is helping people become less afraid of death, many find that their fears naturally ease after past life regressions or life between lives sessions, which offer profound perspectives on the soul’s eternal nature.
The key quality I look for is a willingness to show up honestly and explore, not just to be “fixed,” but to be empowered. This journey requires courage, curiosity, and openness. If someone is ready to dive deep and discover parts of themselves they’ve long forgotten or never known, they’re the perfect fit.
