Meet Jessica

We recently connected with Jessica and have shared our conversation below.

Jessica , thank you so much for joining us. You are such a positive person and it’s something we really admire and so we wanted to start by asking you where you think your optimism comes from?

I love to strive to be the best I can be. I have been in some terrible situations and have had some horrible luck but I will say with confidence that I am always seeing the best in things and what could be. Also the potential to turn things around can always keep a person on top of their game and continuing to succeed no matter the circumstances in the current situation. Be strong in the mind, the rest will follow

Great, so let’s take a few minutes and cover your story. What should folks know about you and what you do?

I am a fitness trainer instructor I run two to three times a week I focus very heavily on my health and wellness., my weight and feeling my best. I love to excel with my body and my mind, I study psychology as well and love to get to know others teaching others little tips and tricks I have learned along my journey. I do brand ambassador work at events concerts social events and I do enjoy all the social aspect of that , gathering with others and enjoying my time in the scene with new faces aiming for the same goal enjoying the day and the work together, building and learning off one another is huge. I do love to hike I love animals! I have two wonderful dogs myself and we travel all over the world together while learning and expanding my skills and horizons to my readers, my team, my family and so on. The world of possibilities is definitely endless! Just don’t get too caught up in how much there is which can lead to overwhelming overexcess and to burn out. A good way to keep it all balanced in my mind is to go back to home and recenter my world if I need to. My next project I’d also going to be getting involved in the artist realm involving singing and dj events festivals concerts, edm music and the world at large.

Looking back, what do you think were the three qualities, skills, or areas of knowledge that were most impactful in your journey? What advice do you have for folks who are early in their journey in terms of how they can best develop or improve on these?

Three qualities were definitely defined as staying balanced in your inner world no matter situation you’re in good or bad, 2 is too stay focused and resilient and knowing you will absolutely reach the top and your goal one day and the belief that it will happen you just don’t know exactly when! And 3 is to always be strong but rest when you really need it, which goes back to the balancing act. You can do it! Study your skills to your best ability and keep learning is also important factor to know.

Is there a particular challenge you are currently facing?

A big current obstacle for me would be to learn and keep going on to next new projects while still maintaining the ones I’m currently doing. Adding more to the plate can always seem like a lot and scary and too much at times but I know with time I’m getting better at managing it all. I am hiring a manager to help me in the process . I love what I do I love my goals and passions in all areas with health and also my journey with music. I enjoy parts of my life and the number one factor when adding on new talents or skills is to do it at a pace that feels okay for you. There’s always time a different day or week to incorporate more if today isn’t the right time or would be too overwhelming.
