Alright – so today we’ve got the honor of introducing you to Jesús Aceves. We think you’ll enjoy our conversation, we’ve shared it below.
Hi Jesús, appreciate you sitting with us today to share your wisdom with our readers. So, let’s start with resilience – where do you get your resilience from?
I get my resilience from a growth mindset. I’ve learned that setbacks are not failures, but valuable lessons. In my previous experiences, whenever I faced a difficult situation, I focused on finding a solution instead of dwelling on the problem. This habit of staying objective helps me stay calm and keep moving forward under pressure.

Appreciate the insights and wisdom. Before we dig deeper and ask you about the skills that matter and more, maybe you can tell our readers about yourself?
I am a Healthcare Marketing Specialist dedicated to bridging the gap between medical services and the patients who need them most. What I find most exciting about my work is the opportunity to humanize healthcare through strategic communication and data-driven insights.
Currently, I am focused on a very special project: developing a new prospecting methodology for patients. My goal is to transform how we identify and connect with potential patients, ensuring a more efficient and empathetic journey from the first point of contact. I believe that my brand is defined by this innovative approach and my resilience in finding better ways to deliver results in such a complex industry.
If you had to pick three qualities that are most important to develop, which three would you say matter most?
Looking back, the three most impactful elements in my journey have been Strategic Empathy, Data Analysis, and Adaptability.
1. Strategic Empathy: In healthcare, you must understand the patient’s fears and needs to build trust. It’s not just about marketing; it’s about connection.
2. Data Analysis: Developing my new PX prospecting methodology required a deep dive into data to identify patterns and optimize the patient journey.
3. Adaptability: The healthcare industry is constantly changing. Being able to pivot and innovate under pressure has been crucial for my resilience.
My advice for those starting out is to never stop being curious. Don’t just learn ‘how’ to use a tool; seek to understand ‘why’ people behave the way they do. Master the data, but never lose the human touch, as that is what truly differentiates a successful healthcare brand.
How would you describe your ideal client?
My ideal client is a healthcare provider or medical organization that prioritizes patient-centered care and is open to innovative growth strategies. Characteristics that make someone an ideal client for me include:
Commitment to the Patient Journey: They understand that healthcare is not just a service, but an experience that requires empathy and clear communication.
Openness to Data-Driven Innovation: They are willing to implement new methodologies—like my PX prospecting system—to optimize their reach and efficiency.
Integrity and Transparency: Since we are dealing with people’s health, I value partners who operate with the highest ethical standards.
I work best with organizations that view marketing not just as a tool for sales, but as a bridge to provide better access to care for those who need it most.
