Hi Jimmy, thanks for sharing your insights with our community today. Part of your success, no doubt, is due to your work ethic and so we’d love if you could open up about where you got your work ethic from?
As a child in Pennsylvania my father owned and ran a successful company, Bluff Blacktop. I did hard labor during all my summers and weekends helping him pave tennis courts and spray protective seal on parking lots and driveways during the weekends. I played multiple sports year round so i became very disciplined and organized between assisting my father, mowing lawns, washing dishes at the local bar, ive never been afraid of hard work.
Appreciate the insights and wisdom. Before we dig deeper and ask you about the skills that matter and more, maybe you can tell our readers about yourself?
We are very excited to have opened our first Bluff Technique Healing Center in Westwood, Ca and I’m now teaching my trademarked soft tissue techniques and I have apprentices and certified professionals flying in from all over the USA & World to learn. Its been very exciting. I’ve been receiving clients and messages internationally for Advanced Muscle Reconstruction for nearly 15 years so its nice to be able to expand my reach and my healing across the World finally with creating the BLUFF ACADEMY, my teaching platform and workshop for professionals looking to learn advanced fascial techniques!
Looking back, what do you think were the three qualities, skills, or areas of knowledge that were most impactful in your journey? What advice do you have for folks who are early in their journey in terms of how they can best develop or improve on these?
Honesty and Divine Integrity, Being very Empathic and simply CARING about my clients has always been one of my gifts.
They are EVERYTHING IN HEALING to me..
My commitment to excellence and professionalism, having a very deep understanding of human anatomy and emotional and spiritual processes has really helped me “hold space” for others along their journey.
Hiring a good coach can be life changing, my professional students that myself and my wife Maria coaches through their certification process have had remarkable changes in not only their income, branding, but also how they show up. SHOWING UP, is also everything. Being willing to learn and grow while remaining humble.
One of our goals is to help like-minded folks with similar goals connect and so before we go we want to ask if you are looking to partner or collab with others – and if so, what would make the ideal collaborator or partner?
I am looking for soft tissue, massage and any other , physical therapists, physios and anyone in the rehabilitation, healing and sports therapy fields looking to advance their skillset and become part of a larger referral network. I have clients every single day reaching out for my healing, but i need more professionals ready to learn advanced knowlegdge so i can send them clients in need of adavaced healing techniques!
With the assistance of Maria Bluff, my business partner and life partner, Ive been able to focus on the demand of my healing and techniques and teaching my apprentices and students, she has been the most transformational part of our business. Organizing a thousand emails and a 5 month waiting list, some days 80 people on my daily waiting list, and I have a waitlist in most cities and countries around the world asking for Advanced Muscle Reconstruction!
