I’m fifty-nine and I live in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada.

Looking back, what do you think were the three qualities, skills, or areas of knowledge that were most impactful in your journey? What advice do you have for folks who are early in their journey in terms of how they can best develop or improve on these?

I’ve discovered that it’s a lot more fun to play on the field of life than it is to sit on the bench.
Never be afraid to ask for help.
I try to keep my mind open to new ideas. We are lifelong students.

Advice? Keep in mind that there are going to be hiccups along the way. It’s okay. Its part of the journey. A movie would be pretty boring if the hero wasn’t faced with challenges.

Okay, so before we go, is there anyone you’d like to shoutout for the role they’ve played in helping you develop the essential skills or overcome challenges along the way?

When I took a Leap of Faith and reached out to God, I began to believe in myself like never before. God is The Holy Wellspring of Love and Creation. When we feel loved, we feel worthy. When we feel worthy, we feel motivated.
