Johnathan , thanks so much for taking the time to share your insights and lessons with us today. We’re particularly interested in hearing about how you became such a resilient person. Where do you get your resilience from?
My resilience comes from my love and passion for food, I never got into food for “ fame “ I got into food because I love that it brings people from all walks of life together
Let’s take a small detour – maybe you can share a bit about yourself before we dive back into some of the other questions we had for you?
I’m originally from Washington DC where I learned my craft and built on it, I was fortunate to move to Atlanta and meet some amazing people and my career took off from there . I’ve been extremely thankful and blessed to have a thriving catering business and wonderful clients. Currently I’m working o. Partnership and building my brand open for collaborations with other food entrepreneurs
Looking back, what do you think were the three qualities, skills, or areas of knowledge that were most impactful in your journey? What advice do you have for folks who are early in their journey in terms of how they can best develop or improve on these?
I would say remaining open minded to new ideas and concepts. Being able to separate popularity and quality it’s a lot of popular food because of social media but not quality food., constantly working on my craft practice practice practice

I am looking for food enthusiasts that wanna collaborate and make some exciting food and content without compromising the integrity of the craft while paying respect to it
