Hi Jonathan Fenni , thanks for sharing your insights with our community today. Part of your success, no doubt, is due to your work ethic and so we’d love if you could open up about where you got your work ethic from?
I think it’s a balance of Hope & Vision that drives my work ethic. Having hope is key to maintaining an optimistic outcome of my vision. It’s the gas behind it all.
Appreciate the insights and wisdom. Before we dig deeper and ask you about the skills that matter and more, maybe you can tell our readers about yourself?

If you had to pick three qualities that are most important to develop, which three would you say matter most?
First would be the ability to adapt and connect with others. Second would be understanding the digital realm and staying ahead of the curve. In this Music Business things can change very quickly and quietly. And Third would be Sales. Sales & Marketing go hand and hand for most, but for me Closing a Client or Making a Sale isn’t Marketing. I believe Sales & Emotion go hand and hand. My advice is to invest in a Sales Course before you pay for a Logo or a Website. Bonus answer is Gratitude!
Awesome, really appreciate you opening up with us today and before we close maybe you can share a book recommendation with us. Has there been a book that’s been impactful in your growth and development?
The Science of Getting Rich by Wallace Wattes is amazing. I read it once a year. Here are the most Important things I’ve learned. Read it or listen to the Audio Book .
Desire: The first step to getting rich is having a clear and strong desire for wealth. This desire must be genuine and unwavering.
Faith: Belief in your ability to achieve your goals is essential. Wattles emphasized the importance of positive thinking and visualization.
Action: Taking action is the most crucial step. Simply having a desire and belief is not enough, you must also take concrete steps towards your goals.
Understanding: Wattles believed in understanding the “Science” behind getting rich. This involved studying the principles of success and applying them to your own life.
This understanding has brought clarity and context to how to take a concept from A-Z ..you don’t have to reinvent the will…
