Hi Jordan, appreciate you sitting with us today to share your wisdom with our readers. So, let’s start with resilience – where do you get your resilience from?

My belief is that resilience is truly an entrepreneurs superpower. The ability to get up after every failure, learn from your mistakes and keep pushing forward into the abyss is not for the faint of heart. I struggled in high school, actually dropped out. It wasn’t until I took full accountability for my actions, where I began to become successful. I stopped blaming external circumstances for my situation, and rather took charge to fix it. Resilience is more than just a skill; it’s a habit that I cultivate daily. It allows me to face adversity with confidence and emerge stronger each time.

Thanks, so before we move on maybe you can share a bit more about yourself?

My name is Jordan Abecasis, and I wear many hats professionally. I am a biomedical engineer, strength and conditioning coach, AI consultant, revenue operations leader, and a 2x patented inventor. I own two businesses that are very close to my heart and aligned with my professional passions.

My first business focuses on physical rehabilitation and strengthening. We help individuals improve their posture, alleviate neck and shoulder pain, and provide a safer and more stable way to exercise their upper body. The most exciting aspect of this business is witnessing the transformative impact it has on our clients’ lives. Seeing someone regain their mobility and live without pain is incredibly rewarding.

My second business is dedicated to helping other businesses grow their revenue and scale their operations by bringing their marketing in-house. We provide comprehensive solutions, including CRMs, AI Assistants, and Robotic Process Automation (RPAs), which help reduce full-time equivalents (FTEs) while improving profits. This is particularly special because we empower businesses to harness the power of AI and automation, driving efficiency and growth in a sustainable manner.

What’s exciting right now is that we are in a phase of rapid growth and innovation. We are expanding our AI and automation offerings. We are developing advanced AI Assistants that can handle more complex tasks, providing businesses with even greater efficiency and cost savings. Additionally, we are planning to host a series of webinars and workshops to educate business owners and executives on the benefits of bringing marketing in-house and leveraging AI technologies.

Overall, my journey has been about merging my technical expertise with my passion for helping others. Whether it’s improving someone’s physical health or enhancing a business’s operational efficiency, the goal is always to make a positive impact. I am incredibly grateful for the opportunities I have had and look forward to what the future holds for both of my businesses.

If you had to pick three qualities that are most important to develop, which three would you say matter most?

My background in biomedical engineering and software has been fundamental to my success. Understanding the technical aspects, whether it’s the biomechanics of the human body or the intricacies of AI algorithms, has allowed me to create effective solutions. For those starting out, I can’t stress enough the importance of building a strong technical foundation. Dive deep into your field of study, master the core principles, and stay updated with the latest advancements. Online courses, certifications, and hands-on projects are great ways to enhance your technical skills.

One of the most valuable skills I’ve developed is the ability to identify problems that need solving. In my physical rehabilitation business, I saw a gap in safe and effective upper body exercise solutions. In my marketing and operations business, I noticed how many companies struggled with in-house marketing efficiency. For anyone early in their journey, train yourself to observe and listen. Look for pain points in your industry or daily life and ask questions. Why does this problem exist? How can it be solved better? This mindset will help you uncover opportunities that others might overlook.

To add – Innovation is the bridge between identifying a problem and creating a solution. It’s about applying your technical knowledge creatively to develop new products or improve existing processes. For instance, integrating AI and automation into business operations was a game-changer. To develop this skill, encourage curiosity and experimentation. Don’t be afraid to test new ideas and learn from failures. Collaborate with others, stay open to different perspectives, and continuously push the boundaries of what’s possible.

My technical expertise, ability to identify problems, and ability to innovate have been crucial in my journey. For those starting out, focus on mastering your technical skills, train yourself to spot opportunities for improvement, and always think creatively about solutions. These areas of knowledge will not only set you apart but also enable you to make a significant impact in your field.

How would you describe your ideal client?

For my physical rehabilitation and strengthening business, the ideal client is someone who is proactive about their health and committed to improving their physical well-being. They might be dealing with chronic pain, like neck or shoulder pain, or looking to correct their posture for better overall health. This client values a safe and effective approach to exercise and is willing to invest time and effort into following a structured rehabilitation program. They are open to trying new methods and appreciate the scientific basis behind the techniques we use.

For my revenue operations and marketing business, the ideal client is a business owner or executive who recognizes the potential of bringing marketing in-house but needs guidance on how to do it effectively. They are forward-thinking and eager to leverage the latest technologies, such as AI and automation, to enhance their operations. This client is looking to scale their business efficiently, reduce costs, and improve profits. They are open to innovation, willing to adapt to new systems, and value strategic insights that drive growth.

Across both businesses, the common thread is a willingness to embrace change and a commitment to improvement. My ideal clients are those who are not just looking for quick fixes but are interested in long-term, sustainable solutions. They value expertise, are open to new ideas, and are dedicated to achieving their goals with our support.
