Meet Jordan Bryant

We were lucky to catch up with Jordan Bryant recently and have shared our conversation below.

Hi Jordan , so excited to talk about all sorts of important topics with you today. The first one we want to jump into is about being the only one in the room – for some that’s being the only person of color or the only non-native English speaker or the only non-MBA, etc Can you talk to us about how you have managed to be successful even when you were the only one in the room that looked like you?

By changing the conversation ground and breaking down those hard questions, we haven’t asked ourselves or not being scared to speak truth in what is wrong in the narrative today!

Thanks, so before we move on maybe you can share a bit more about yourself?

If you had to pick three qualities that are most important to develop, which three would you say matter most?

I’d say my drive, ambition, and strategy were the most impactful skills for me, that I still use today. I’d say find something that makes it hard for you to not smile! Also to think limitless and know your market.

Looking back over the past 12 months or so, what do you think has been your biggest area of improvement or growth?

I’d say connection forsure! It’s been a during while working on this project and having so many amazing people. I have connected and talked to along the way appreciate what I’m doing with this show and congratulating me on how far I came and how incredible this opportunity is.
