Jose, so good to have you with us today. We’ve always been impressed with folks who have a very clear sense of purpose and so maybe we can jump right in and talk about how you found your purpose?

I feel that my purpose in this life for me it’s my people. This means my family, my community and overall myself. By creating music and inspiring new generations to not just pursue as a career but to feel free to create and connect with your people in a positive way. I believe that is my biggest reward. The fact of feeling free and expressing positive energy by sharing new lyrics that can connect with people’s emotions that is my biggest purpose as a person and also as recording artist.

Great, so let’s take a few minutes and cover your story. What should folks know about you and what you do?

As an immigrant and independent recording artist. I’m constantly uploading new music. I record most of my music in Mexico, which is my origin country. I record all my vocals here in LA. I feel that now that I have experienced in the knowledge of how the Music industry and how it works. I have the opportunity to help new upcoming artists. The way I help, is by creating with my brother Homer and his help on independent company. It’s A service agency where we help the upcoming Artist with the logistics of how release a single or a complete album. We have the sources from the Recording Studio , music video , graphic design and all the necessary things that the artist needs to be published and upload on every single digital platform. We also helped them with strategy of how to promote and get your music in the right market..

If you had to pick three qualities that are most important to develop, which three would you say matter most?

I feel that if I could share of my three best skills or qualities.. I will say the number one will be never give up., second always focus in what you believe. The third one would be learn and understand the entertainment business. If I talk about qualities that I have, my advice would be always do the best Quality as you can. I feel that in any industry or business that you want to succeed. It is important to always present the best out of you, always the best music, best recordings, and best songs.

To close, maybe we can chat about your parents and what they did that was particularly impactful for you?

I feel that the most impact thing that my parents gave me first of all. We had to always work for what you want in life. I feel like as an immigrant in this country I had to work with what we had at the time which it was picking different types of fruit in the fields of central valley. It was hard work but the was the only opportunity we had. I also learned that never being afraid of anything in life. No matter what the challenges we’re always fight and prepare to win. I learn that the biggest challenge in life is always gonna be within in yourself. I also learned that the power to overcome or succeed in anything that you want in life is within yourself too because there’s nothing that it’s impossible in life. With work and dedication everything will be possible.
