Drawing from a robust athletic background in rowing, I’ve assimilated the tenets of resilience and an unwavering work ethic. Picture a daily routine of stepping onto the training field before dawn’s break and returning for another session in the afternoon. This ingrained discipline has seamlessly integrated itself into my pursuits, whether I’m refining my craft as a photographer or pushing my personal boundaries to excel.
Transposing the commitment forged on the field to my role behind the camera, my objective transcends mere image-capturing. I strive to encapsulate genuine moments in every shot. If you had to pick three qualities that are most important to develop, which three would you say matter most?
Reflecting upon my journey through my career, I’ve come to recognize a triumvirate of qualities that have played pivotal roles in my progress. Foremost among these is an unwavering persistence that has been my bedrock, propelling me forward in the face of challenges and setbacks. This tenacity, akin to the steady oars of a rower, has allowed me to navigate the unpredictable waters of my professional landscape.
Running parallel to this steadfast perseverance is my deep-seated attachment to details—a quality that acts as the rudder guiding my path. Just as a photographer captures the intricate nuances of light and shadow, I’ve cultivated an acute awareness of the minutiae within my field.
