Meet Jose Vega

We caught up with the brilliant and insightful Jose Vega a few weeks ago and have shared our conversation below.

Hi Jose, appreciate you sitting with us today to share your wisdom with our readers. So, let’s start with resilience – where do you get your resilience from?

My resilience comes from my inability to fail. As bold of a statement as that may sound, as an entrepreneur , father, man of faith & so much more – “of course we face L’s (lessons) challenges meant to teach us & strengthen those who know how to decipher the message & lesson. Through those challenges I’ve earned humility & resilience as well as courage to face what ever comes my way. Knowing that my success is just on the other side of it. Not for me but for the ones that depend on me. I grew up & experienced many No’s in my life, so I will make Sure from this point on my daughter & the people around me including my team will never experience a NO that they don’t deserve.

Great, so let’s take a few minutes and cover your story. What should folks know about you and what you do?

What I do is help people uncover, articulate, and elevate their brand identity whether that’s an entrepreneur, a business, or a public figure. I specialize in brand consulting and strategy, with a focus on market positioning and identity development through my company, Eleven Agency. For me, branding isn’t just about making something look good it’s about helping people discover who they really are, what makes them different, and how to communicate that powerfully to the world.

What’s most exciting about this work is the transformation. Watching someone go from feeling overlooked or misunderstood to having complete clarity in their brand and then seeing that clarity unlock opportunities, visibility, and income is what fuels me. I believe branding is storytelling with purpose, and when it’s done right, it not only attracts attention but builds long-term trust.

Right now, I’m focused on expanding the educational side of my work. I recently completed my first book, Brand DNA, which breaks down the framework I’ve used with clients for years to build brands that stand out and sell. I’m also developing resources and tools to help more creators, entrepreneurs, and professionals build their brand from the inside out.

If you had to pick three qualities that are most important to develop, which three would you say matter most?

Faith, self awareness & student mentality are the core to finding yourself , purpose & knowledge needed to be successful but most import happy & fulfilled.

Who has been most helpful in helping you overcome challenges or build and develop the essential skills, qualities or knowledge you needed to be successful?

God , trusting in him & trusting in the path that has been set out for me to fulfill my purpose . All else follows & stems from there.
