Josefina, so excited to have you with us today. So much we can chat about, but one of the questions we are most interested in is how you have managed to keep your creativity alive.
I give my self breaks to travel and experience new things in order to take from those experiences and implement them into my craft as well as to give my self mental breaks.

Thanks, so before we move on maybe you can share a bit more about yourself?
I am a singer/ songwriter and through my music I can make someone’s day happy, I can provide entertainment and impact their lives in ways only music can do. I have a new song called bailemos coming out soon.

There is so much advice out there about all the different skills and qualities folks need to develop in order to succeed in today’s highly competitive environment and often it can feel overwhelming. So, if we had to break it down to just the three that matter most, which three skills or qualities would you focus on?
Networking, listening, and discipline. These 3 traits have helped me in my early career and would be great for anyone starting out their journey.
