Meet Joseph Wesson

We recently connected with Joseph Wesson and have shared our conversation below.

Joseph , we are so happy that our community is going to have a chance to learn more about you, your story and hopefully even take in some of the lessons you’ve learned along the way. Let’s start with self-care – what do you do for self-care and has it had any impact on your effectiveness?
Silence but some call it meditation Silence is what recalibrates the overall mind and nervous system if we embrace it.

Thanks for sharing that. So, before we get any further into our conversation, can you tell our readers a bit about yourself and what you’re working on?
Well on social media I Am, Yasaf Niiji El, social content encourager I’m retired. And my mission in this stage of life is to uplift that which is broken within as a social content encourager and a new author working on a journal and a book. The book is titled the awareness of being, and the journal is Meditation within true heart intention is the universe of Silence.a lot of what I do is on Facebook &tik-tok through reels, videos, and writing as Yasaf Niiji El.

Looking back, what do you think were the three qualities, skills, or areas of knowledge that were most impactful in your journey? What advice do you have for folks who are early in their journey in terms of how they can best develop or improve on these?
Accepting the you: that you are, releasing the hurt of past experiences, and with every sun rising you can choose to change ♥ in the moment just as you breath. My advice is love, forgive, yourself and others and accept the choices you make in the journey and its not a right,or a wrong it’s you learning yourself in your authentic journey.

To close, maybe we can chat about your parents and what they did that was particularly impactful for you?
The most impactful thing Joseph and Yvonne did was to choose each other, to allow me this exsistence to become me without them there’s no me and for that I’m full of Graditude.
