We were lucky to catch up with Josh Dittrich recently and have shared our conversation below.

Hi Josh, really happy you were able to join us today and we’re looking forward to sharing your story and insights with our readers. Let’s start with the heart of it all – purpose. How did you find your purpose?

I found my purpose during a season kf exiting two companies after an 8 figure exit at 37 while in the midst of almost losing my marriage in the process due to misplaced priorities and infidelity.

After working putting in the hard work in my marriage and semi-retiring hoping to find a place to help others and hang up the business hat…

I discovered my purpose as a Stewardpreneur was to not only do that, but harness the gifts and abilities I’d been given to use business as a way to help people and do both!

Let’s take a small detour – maybe you can share a bit about yourself before we dive back into some of the other questions we had for you?

Josh Dittrich is a faith-driven entrepreneur who empowers men to excel in their personal and professional lives through a holistic framework of business strategies and biblical principles.

The Josh Dittrich brand cultivates opportunities for men to discover their identity and connect with their potential as men, husbands, fathers, citizens, businessmen, and sons of God.

Through a variety of contexts and communities, men are given opportunities to engage with the authenticity they crave while being equipped to live from a place of integration, hope, freedom, and fulfillment in business and in life.

Every part of our company exists to help men discover who they are and then be their best selves in every expression of life.

If you had to pick three qualities that are most important to develop, which three would you say matter most?

Embrace where your talent and passion intersect. For me, that meant being able to monetize business by finding ways to solve problems and grow business.

How can folks who want to work with you connect?

I’m building a community that intersects a common taboo of doing business with “friends”. That means simply means that our combined strengths and weaknesses and alignment in interests in building make for a great partnership. I invest and partner with other Christian Business men that need help in building and scaling their business.
