Meet Josh Mills

We recently connected with Josh Mills and have shared our conversation below.

Josh , so great to have you with us and we want to jump right into a really important question. In recent years, it’s become so clear that we’re living through a time where so many folks are lacking self-confidence and self-esteem. So, we’d love to hear about your journey and how you developed your self-confidence and self-esteem.
I’ve been working in real estate since 2004, licensed in both Texas and California, so my confidence comes with experience. In addition, I’ve spent a considerable amount of time in the entertainment industry. Whether you’re working in physical production, acting, development or even distribution; confidence is an important ingredient towards your receipt for success. I learned to work hard and hone my craft each and every day. This is the same approach I take towards the real estate industry, and I share the same amount of passion, which my clients notice.

Let’s take a small detour – maybe you can share a bit about yourself before we dive back into some of the other questions we had for you?
Our company was founded with a singular mission: making selling or buying a home easier and more affordable for everyone. My team and I are constantly striving to help consumers achieve their goals and get more value from service providers along the way. We came up with the simple tag line, “what your home search is missing.” We used this simple tag line as the central motivator to build a new consumer application with remarkable AI capabilities. The innovative use of AI, particularly in identifying and targeting ‘future’ home sellers and seamlessly matching them with potential buyers, in my opinion, sets Relo Radar apart in the real estate landscape. The technology has the ability to provide a competitive edge by enabling you to engage with potential sellers before the wider market is aware of their intentions. Our new app represents thousands of hours of in-depth research and coding. At Relo Radar, we strive to be the most trusted real estate resource on the web for buyers and sellers. Real estate transactions are notoriously complicated, stressful, and expensive. Our application has been designed specially to de-stress the transaction, and save the clients and agents valuable time and money.

Each feature on our platform involve weeks, sometimes months, of focused research. In addition, we not only rely on our team’s veteran expertise, but we conduct numerous surveys with both consumers and industry leaders including realtors, attorneys, property investors, mortgage professionals, and data scientists. We build these partnerships to gather data and provide a deep understanding of the real estate landscape.

If you had to pick three qualities that are most important to develop, which three would you say matter most?
As someone deeply involved in the real estate industry on a day to day basis, I understand just how competitive and challenging it can be to stand out in a crowded market. In addition, how do I best maximize the limited time available to help each client? When I joined the team at Relo Radar, I was asked to evaluate two questions. The first question was, “What is your cost per lead?” The second question, “What is your USP?” I’ve been a licensed agent for 20 years, and I had a tough time answering either one. I had an idea about my cost per lead. It’s important to factor that into every transaction so I can better help my client achieve their net goal, while staying consistent with my budget. As for the USP…..I wasn’t familiar with the acronym. It stands for “Unique Selling Proposition.” It quickly became abundantly clear why this sets you apart. In a state like Texas, where there’s no shortage of real estate agents, having something unique and innovative to offer is paramount. I now have the access to Relo Radar’s proprietary technology, which has helped define my USP.

How can folks who want to work with you connect?
I’m always open to form relationships with entrepreneurs looking to grow both professionally and personally. That of course includes real estate agents and brokers who would like some honest feedback on how this innovative AI technology has affected my business, and my team. If you’re seeking a tool that enhances everything from the home tour experience, to client management, to valuable savings in time and money, I wholeheartedly welcome a conversation.
