Meet Joshua Kennedy

We’re excited to introduce you to the always interesting and insightful Joshua Kennedy. We hope you’ll enjoy our conversation with Joshua below.

Joshua , we’re so excited for our community to get to know you and learn from your journey and the wisdom you’ve acquired over time. Let’s kick things off with a discussion on self-confidence and self-esteem. How did you develop yours?

Independence. Looking back with a more mature mind appreciating my life experiences I realize being held accountable for my actions made me more self aware. When I was 9 my father and I needed a place to live so we moved in with my Grandmother. She worked full-time so she needed me to be more responsible and independent. So she got me everything I needed and enrolled me in school. From the start of the 4th grade I set my alarm clock “late 90’s clock”, got myself ready, made breakfast, and walked to school from 4th grade until I graduated. This Independence made me think for myself and build confidence within myself. I have the what doesn’t kill me makes me stronger mentality because at that point it’s one or the other and I’m still breathing.🙏

Thanks, so before we move on maybe you can share a bit more about yourself?

Born in 1987 in Hemet, California, I grew up with a vivid imagination and a passion for electricity and mechanical engineering. My journey was shaped by early challenges, including my father’s
tragic motorcycle accident when I was just six days old, which left him paralyzed After moving around, I found stability living with my grandmother, who instilled in me the importance of responsibility from a young age. By fourth grade, I was independently getting myself ready and walking to school.

At 16, I seized an opportunity in plumbing heating, and air conditioning, which eventually led me to the world of energy efficiency and solar power. Recognizing a gap in expertise within the solar service industry, I founded Solar Panel Cleaning Specialists. Our mission is to provide comprehensive preventative maintenance, repairs, upgrades, and emergency power solutions for solar systems-ensuring clients maximize their investments.
We recently launched a user-friendly website for clients to sign up for regular maintenance, reinforcing our commitment to exceptional service.

There is so much advice out there about all the different skills and qualities folks need to develop in order to succeed in today’s highly competitive environment and often it can feel overwhelming. So, if we had to break it down to just the three that matter most, which three skills or qualities would you focus on?

Skills come naturally to me with practice so it’s always a matter of time before I am good at something i have interest in. So for me the experience within the journey was molding the person I have came to be. Humble beginnings led to vast opportunity. Honesty, integrity, and workmanship are the 3 key ingredients for my success.
If you are early in your journey know that these 3 simply rules align with karmic law. Never make decisions when emotions are high or low, have a solid core purpose and stay grounded. Starting a business “for the money” is shallow and materialistic. Materialism is not natural and know way to operate in life or business. Learn from everything you experience in your daily, life is a lesson and the world and everything in it are your teachers. Know one can take your knowledge from you so learn constantly. Believe half of what you see and none of what you hear.

Awesome, really appreciate you opening up with us today and before we close maybe you can share a book recommendation with us. Has there been a book that’s been impactful in your growth and development?

The most impactful books i have read or listened too
1 The master key system, written in 1916 as a 24 month coarse does a good job explaining universal laws and implementing them into your daily life like positive affirmations, laws of attraction, karma, and how everything is one of the same on a quantum level.
2. Rich dad poor dad, this book gave me the business insights I greatly appreciate and a unique way of understanding the world of business.
3. Behold a pale horse by William Cooper, this book explains the unexplained secrets and secrets society’s that run the world, published in the early 90’s and dead on accuracy in what the future looks like. It’s scary because his accuracy led to his murder. At his own home government officials murder him on his own property in 2001
