Meet Joya Fails

Alright – so today we’ve got the honor of introducing you to Joya Fails. We think you’ll enjoy our conversation, we’ve shared it below.

Hi Joya, thanks for sharing your insights with our community today. Part of your success, no doubt, is due to your work ethic and so we’d love if you could open up about where you got your work ethic from?

I get my work ethic from my parents. From as far back as I can remember , both my mother and my father were honest hardworking people.

Let’s take a small detour – maybe you can share a bit about yourself before we dive back into some of the other questions we had for you?

I currently own Royal Bowls and Smoothies food truck. We specialize in Açaí bowls and smoothies. The most exciting part of my job is the smile on the customers faces once the receive and taste our products. We blend every smoothie and make every smoothie bowl to order. We take pride in providing a quality product each and every time.

If you had to pick three qualities that are most important to develop, which three would you say matter most?

My drive, love for entrepreneurship, and excellent communication skills have been most impactful on my journey. I’d advise people to follow their heart and chase their goals.

To close, maybe we can chat about your parents and what they did that was particularly impactful for you?

My parents were very kind. They instilled excellent morals and values in us at a very young age.
