We were lucky to catch up with Juanita Landrau recently and have shared our conversation below.

Hi Juanita, thanks for sharing your insights with our community today. Part of your success, no doubt, is due to your work ethic and so we’d love if you could open up about where you got your work ethic from?

Growing up, as much as my mom and I didn’t bond the way we were supposed to, she didn’t show me not one bit of laziness. That woman was always up to something. She found every way to put food on the table, have a great roof over us, and rent payments were never late. She was getting all the help from my dad, but her motto was that two incomes are better than one. I live up to that code myself till this day. I don’t like to stay still. I love to be busy and make a living and name for myself.

Appreciate the insights and wisdom. Before we dig deeper and ask you about the skills that matter and more, maybe you can tell our readers about yourself?

Being a CEO to an up to date successful business has brung so many community members that seek the same as I do. Comfort. Safety. A real non judgmental environment to express themselves through kink, gaming and more. We are more than just parties. EroticaNyc is a community for everyone to come in and be their best self.Even when you’re feeling at your lowest, we are all here to pick you back up. We host gamer hangouts ,BDSM/kink events, tournaments, speed dating, mingle munches and so much more! We tend to have a little bit of everything. The only way you know everything about us is if you go and see for yourself.

There is so much advice out there about all the different skills and qualities folks need to develop in order to succeed in today’s highly competitive environment and often it can feel overwhelming. So, if we had to break it down to just the three that matter most, which three skills or qualities would you focus on?

With this business you have to be super patient, in your lane and available at all times. One of the reasons my community is so different from all the other ones is because I don’t just sell a ticket then I am gone. I interact with everyone in. a unique way to show them its way more than the money to me. I am genuinely into their life and what they need. I love my members so much. Every single one of them. I suggest others to get more involved with the people in their community.

Before we go, any advice you can share with people who are feeling overwhelmed?

When I feel overwhelmed, I either go play video games and be with family, or I rush to my best friend Lilly. We can be on that phone for HOURS! By the time the conversation is done, I even forgot what was my reasoning of being overwhelmed. I love her so much!
