Hi Jules, so happy you were able to devote some time to sharing your thoughts and wisdom with our community. So, we’ve always admired how you have seemingly never let nay-sayers or haters keep you down. Can you talk to us about how to persist despite the negative energy that so often is thrown at folks trying to do something special with their lives?
Not everyone understands your vision. Their negativity often stems from their own limitations, not yours. Recognizing this helped me detach others’ opinions from my self-worth a long time ago. My passion for being an Entrepreneur and owning my own life burns bright. My reasons WHY I do what I do are far stronger than me caring what others think! Surrounding yourself with llike minded individuals is crucial. I actively seek mentors, colleagues, and friends who believe in me and challenge me to grow. Their encouragement drowns out any negativity or haters. 15 years of being an Entrepreneur I dont even flinch when someone is negative, I have the life I want and that’s all that matters!

My passion for empowering women and building sustainable success led me down a multi-faceted path. As a digital and affiliate marketer, I leverage the power of online platforms to connect with audiences and share valuable knowledge. Combining that with my experience as a local real estate agent allows me to offer practical insights into building wealth through various avenues.
But beyond individual success, my heart truly lies in community and collective growth. That’s why I founded Rise and Thrive, a network specifically designed for entrepreneurial-minded women. Looking back, what do you think were the three qualities, skills, or areas of knowledge that were most impactful in your journey? What advice do you have for folks who are early in their journey in terms of how they can best develop or improve on these?
My path as an entrepreneur wouldn’t have been possible without three key qualities that fueled my journey: perseverance, work ethic, and genuine care for others. Here’s how each played a crucial role, along with advice for those starting their own adventure:
1. Unwavering Perseverance: The entrepreneurial journey is rarely smooth sailing. I’ve faced setbacks, rejections, and moments of doubt. Everyone isa. beginner at some point. Tip: Embrace the challenges as learning experiences. Develop a growth mindset, believing that every obstacle presents an opportunity to learn and improve.
2. Unrelenting Work Ethic: Building something successful requires dedication and hard work. I’ve put in countless hours honing my skills, researching, and networking. But it wasn’t just about putting in time; it was about being present and intentional in every effort. Tip: Develop a structured routine that balances work and personal life. Find ways to optimize your time and stay focused on your goals. Remember, consistent effort, not just long hours, leads to sustainable success.
3. Genuine Care for People: Success isn’t just about financial gain; it’s about making a positive impact. My passion lies in empowering others to achieve their dreams. Building genuine connections with my clients, colleagues, and community members has not only been rewarding but also fueled my growth. Tip: Lead with empathy and understanding. Genuinely care about your clients’ needs and the impact you make on their lives. Remember, building meaningful relationships is a win-win for everyone involved.
