We’re excited to introduce you to the always interesting and insightful Juliana Caspari Martina Stellmaszek. We hope you’ll enjoy our conversation with Juliana Caspari below.
Juliana Caspari, so good to have you with us today. We’ve always been impressed with folks who have a very clear sense of purpose and so maybe we can jump right in and talk about how you found your purpose?
At MESH moms, our journey to finding purpose was rooted in a shared need for community and support. As mothers, we faced the often overwhelming task of navigating parenthood while balancing personal growth, health, and well-being. We discovered that what we craved most was a sense of connection—a space where we could share experiences, exchange ideas, and lift each other up during both the beautiful and challenging moments of motherhood.
Our purpose emerged as we realized we weren’t alone in these needs. Many moms around us were seeking the same sense of belonging and encouragement. This inspired us to create MESH moms, a platform where mothers could come together, learn, grow, and thrive in a supportive, nurturing environment. Our mission became clear: to empower women by fostering meaningful connections, providing valuable resources, and creating a community where every mom feels seen, heard, and supported.
Finding our purpose wasn’t just about fulfilling our own needs—it was about recognizing a larger calling to bring together a network of women who could inspire and uplift one another. Through MESH moms, we have not only found our purpose but also created a space for others to discover theirs, building a legacy of empowerment and growth for moms everywhere in the Greater Atlanta metro area.

Let’s take a small detour – maybe you can share a bit about yourself before we dive back into some of the other questions we had for you?
As founders of MESH moms, our mission is to create a supportive community that empowers moms in the Greater Atlanta metro area through education, connection, and shared experiences. We offer events, workshops, and a range of resources for moms in every stage of their journey. What makes MESH moms special is our focus on creating a genuine, inclusive space where moms can find expert guidance and peer support.
We are especially excited about our upcoming winter programming, which includes postpartum support groups, lactation classes, and a natural immune boost seminar. We are also expanding our offerings with Mommy and Me classes and other community-focused events designed to bring families together. Our goal is to continue growing our network to support even more moms and to foster meaningful connections in our community.

There is so much advice out there about all the different skills and qualities folks need to develop in order to succeed in today’s highly competitive environment and often it can feel overwhelming. So, if we had to break it down to just the three that matter most, which three skills or qualities would you focus on?
Looking back, the three most impactful qualities in our journey as MESH moms founders have been resilience, community-building, and a commitment to continuous learning. Resilience has been crucial in helping us navigate challenges and keep moving forward. Our focus on community-building has allowed us to leverage our network for both personal and business growth. For example, we organized a Mompreneur Roundtable to exchange ideas, which has been an invaluable resource for sharing knowledge and gaining new insights. Finally, our commitment to continuous learning has been shaped by our willingness to grow through every experience, especially learning some of our most valuable lessons through failure. Each misstep has made us more resilient and innovative in our approach.

One of our goals is to help like-minded folks with similar goals connect and so before we go we want to ask if you are looking to partner or collab with others – and if so, what would make the ideal collaborator or partner?
As founders of MESH moms, we are always open to partnering with like-minded individuals and organizations that share our vision of supporting and empowering moms. We believe that by joining forces, we can create even more meaningful experiences and resources for our community.
We are particularly looking for postpartum doulas who we can partner with to create even more postpartum support groups, expanding the reach and impact of our programs. Whether it’s through events, workshops, or new initiatives, we are excited to explore partnerships that bring value to moms and help us all grow together. If you’re interested in working with us, we’d love to connect!
