Meet Kaden Jordan

We were lucky to catch up with Kaden Jordan recently and have shared our conversation below.

Kaden, looking forward to learning from your journey. You’ve got an amazing story and before we dive into that, let’s start with an important building block. Where do you get your work ethic from?

I like to think I got my work ethic by myself, but the truth is I’ve been blessed to be surrounded by hard working individuals, my pops being my main role model.

Thanks, so before we move on maybe you can share a bit more about yourself?

I create music across a variety of genres, specializing in songwriting, mixing and mastering, and production. Most fans know me for my live performances, and I take pride in what sets me apart—my dedication to giving more: more energy, more work ethic, more heart, and more art.

Right now, I’m working on an album set to drop in early 2025 in collaboration with my talented producer friend, Austin Knoll, and there’s a strong possibility of a tour later that year.

Looking back, what do you think were the three qualities, skills, or areas of knowledge that were most impactful in your journey? What advice do you have for folks who are early in their journey in terms of how they can best develop or improve on these?

The best advice I can give to anyone interested in pursuing music is:

1. Create the art you want to create. There’s an audience for everything. I’d rather be hated for staying true to myself than loved for pretending to be someone I’m not.

2. People are the value. People can help you, change you, open doors, or close them. People are what Jesus died for. That’s why it’s so important to treat everyone with the same grace and love we’ve been given.

3. Talent might get you in the room, but character is what keeps you there. Don’t be a jerk—no one wants to work with, or even be around, someone like that.

Looking back now I wish I would’ve learned these lessons sooner.

To close, maybe we can chat about your parents and what they did that was particularly impactful for you?

The greatest thing my parents did for me was offer their unwavering support. Even when it felt like I was going nowhere, they provided me with the tools, time, and financial resources I needed. Their encouragement ultimately set me on my path to achieve amazing things. I wouldn’t be the artist I am today without my mom and dad.
