We recently connected with Kaela Genovese and have shared our conversation below.
Kaela, we’re thrilled to have you on our platform and we think there is so much folks can learn from you and your story. Something that matters deeply to us is living a life and leading a career filled with purpose and so let’s start by chatting about how you found your purpose.
Each day is a gift, that’s why it’s called the present – Kaela’s 2008 High School Yearbook Quote
I grew up loving all things glam, fashion, sparkle, and bright! I was a fashionista at the ripe age of 3yo. I have fond memories of walking around my house in my mother’s stilettos, oversized sunnies, lipstick all over my face and car key’s in my hands. I was a girl on a mission! As I grew older, my love for fashion was innate and it brought me so much joy watching the women in my family dress for success. I always loved playing in my great-grandmother, grandmother, and my mother’s jewelry box! I would spend hours upon hours getting lost in the glitz and glam my little eyes saw. At that point, not only did I know, but my family knew I would soon grow older and have something to do with fashion.
My career started on Worth Avenue at age 15. I was able to be well-versed in all areas of fashion such as: shoes, jewelry, clothing, interiors, and accessories. My heart followed the jewelry path and almost 5 years later, have never looked back!
Appreciate the insights and wisdom. Before we dig deeper and ask you about the skills that matter and more, maybe you can tell our readers about yourself?
My business is comprised of Trunk Shows. I have cultivated a beautiful clientle that has a love and appreciation for my brand, La Enovesé Designs. My jewelry is that one unique items that tells a story about the women wearing it. You can have a plain dress but paired with a La Enovesé Designs bauble, you’ll look like a million bucks!
I am currently set up at Wellington International Horse Show and pop-up in Palm Beach at The Royal Poinciana Plaza as well on Worth Avenue for Trunk Shows.
Please follow my social media outlets to see where I’ll be popping up next!

Looking back, what do you think were the three qualities, skills, or areas of knowledge that were most impactful in your journey? What advice do you have for folks who are early in their journey in terms of how they can best develop or improve on these?
Perseverance, Discipline, Passion, Grace, Gratitude, and most importantly LOVE!
You have to know you are your biggest and best fan! You are responsible for YOU! No one is responsible for picking you up. Stay steadfast in your decision to succeed with passion and zest! Show yourself Grace, be grateful for how far you’ve come, and love unconditionally the journey of your life.
What was the most impactful thing your parents did for you?
They didn’t hold me back. They allowed me to try, try again, and try my hardest. If I didn’t achieve my goals initially, together we devised a plan to improve. Never did they give up on me, which in turn, showed me to never give up on myself!
