Meet Kaliisa Alma Conlon

Alright – so today we’ve got the honor of introducing you to Kaliisa Alma, a contemporary American artist. We think you’ll enjoy our conversation, we’ve shared it below.

Kaliisa, we’re so excited for our community to get to know you and learn from your journey and the wisdom you’ve acquired over time. Let’s kick things off with a discussion on self-confidence and self-esteem. How did you develop yours?

Great question… each day, I set an intention to nourish my confidence and self-esteem!

Prioritizing self care is so beneficial, and dissolving criticism and judgments, both of myself and others.

Also I love starting the day listening to Louise Hay’s morning meditation… very soothing and uplifting.

Cultivating a mindset of self love and self worth…

“I radiate love and love surrounds me” is a great affirmation 😊

Thanks for sharing that. So, before we get any further into our conversation, can you tell our readers a bit about yourself and what you’re working on?

My name is Kaliisa and I am an artist, and an advocate for well being.

I embrace a compassionate attitude to creativity and life in general.

I am based in the Pacific Northwest, and inspired by the lush greenery and changing seasons.

My art is continually evolving and my creativity helps me nourish an open mind and heart.

If you had to pick three qualities that are most important to develop, which three would you say matter most?

Trusting myself, listening to my heart, and knowing that everything that’s meant for me will show up at the right time.

What’s been one of your main areas of growth this year?

Being intentional with my thoughts, and energy… to create inner peace and calm.
