Kamini , looking forward to learning from your journey. You’ve got an amazing story and before we dive into that, let’s start with an important building block. Where do you get your work ethic from?
My work ethic comes from being brought up in a house with incredibly hard working parents. Watching them care about their work as well as following through with commitments they made, taught me from very early on what it was like to have a stronger work and performance ethic.
Great, so let’s take a few minutes and cover your story. What should folks know about you and what you do?
I am a certified professional human potential coach, helps people take the courageous steps to identify their limiting beliefs, the reasons for their stagnation or feelings of not enoughness, so they can have what they want professionally and personally to live a fulfilled life. Consistently working towards helping my clients embrace their AuthenticMe® as CEO of Live Joy Your Way, a coaching company helping high performers and overachievers who have seen success through old-rooted, traditional metrics, reestablish their relational self-awareness.
I am excited to continue to offer 1:1 coaching programs as well as short self guided courses for those who are not ready for the 1:1 program.
Looking back, what do you think were the three qualities, skills, or areas of knowledge that were most impactful in your journey? What advice do you have for folks who are early in their journey in terms of how they can best develop or improve on these?
The qualities I have consistently relied on are determination, resilience and self belief. These, in my opinion, have enable me to build by business from the ground up. If people can take time to become self aware of the narratives or stories that are holding them back, they can then take action towards releasing the stories that don’t serve them.
Who is your ideal client or what sort of characteristics would make someone an ideal client for you?
Someone who is really ready to discover what is holding them back and willing to do the work in order to move themselves forward are the clients that see major shifts professionally and personally.
