Meet Kandie Angel

I’ve had no other option in this world but to push myself as hard as I can through all the challenges life has thrown at me. I’ve come to understand that no one is going to hand me the things I desire, so I’ve had to be self-driven. I firmly believe that with enough hard work, you can achieve anything in this world. I faced the responsibilities of being a single mother to two boys after their father and I parted ways, which reinforced the importance of hard work and appreciating the fruits of your labor. I’ve never been offered an easy path in life; it has consistently presented me with challenges that have been valuable lessons. I view these experiences as a source of strength and motivation, not only for my own journey but also to inspire and support those who may feel like giving up at times.

I’ve been an alternative model for over 15 years, navigating my career through the ups and downs while simultaneously coping with a significant amount of personal trauma. Along the way, I’ve had to overcome various challenges, all while raising my two sons as a divorced mother. My journey also led me through a couple of marriages, only for me to realize that I hadn’t found my true partner yet.

I spent the entire month of August in Hawaii, and during that time, I finally completed the book I had started writing five years ago. This book is a memoir of my life, intended to serve as a guide for those who may be struggling to find their voice while enduring similar challenges. My goal is to inspire the world through my writing and to be a voice for those who feel unheard. Throughout my life, I’ve often been told to be quiet, to stop talking so much, and that my words didn’t matter. It was then that I made the decision not to stay silent any longer. This world can be too cruel, and we shouldn’t be hushed about the traumas we’ve experienced.

I’m writing this book to empower others who may feel voiceless and unheard. I’m also in the process of revamping my website, www.kandieangel.com, with plans to release merchandise like calendars, tee-shirts, posters, and more. I hope to have everything ready by the start of the upcoming year (fingers crossed). Be on the lookout for these exciting updates in the new year!

I believe my unwavering resilience, commitment to doing the right thing in any situation, and a strong work ethic to persevere through life’s challenges are some of my most important qualities.

The most valuable advice I can offer is this: No matter what obstacles life presents, never give up! There’s always a rainbow waiting for you after the rain.

On the side of my neck, I have a tattoo that holds great meaning for me. It reads “H.O.P.E.,” which stands for “Hold On Pain Ends.” This tattoo serves as a constant reminder that even in a world that can be harsh and confusing, holding on can lead to brighter days.

I also strongly emphasize the importance of saving money. You can never have too much saved for those unforeseen challenges life may bring. It’s a vital financial safety net for those rainy days!

My best friend, Roller, has been a constant presence in my life for the past 16 years. Roller has been my source of motivation, inspiration, and a helping hand when I’ve stumbled. From the moment we met, he became my best friend and my kindred spirit. Roller is always driven to learn and create, making him one of the most intelligent people I’ve ever known. When faced with something he doesn’t know, he tirelessly works to acquire that knowledge. Roller has been my teacher in strength and has consistently encouraged me to recognize my own inner strengths.

Roller’s love for animals reflects the beautiful soul he possesses, and the care he shows to his dogs is truly heartwarming. He finds joy in teaching and inspiring others, and there’s a special light in his eyes when someone is open to learning from him. Roller played a pivotal role in my journey toward pursuing my dream of modeling. I used to doubt my own abilities, but he helped me recognize my potential. Without Roller’s constant support and encouragement, I wouldn’t be where I am today. He’s been by my side, pushing me to become the best version of myself.
