Meet Karina Daves

 

We caught up with the brilliant and insightful Karina Daves a few weeks ago and have shared our conversation below.

Karina , we’re thrilled to have you on our platform and we think there is so much folks can learn from you and your story. Something that matters deeply to us is living a life and leading a career filled with purpose and so let’s start by chatting about how you found your purpose.

I found my purpose from being able to inside of my own marriage work through so many hard things and grow into the beautiful marriage that I have today. This inspired me that I wanted other marriages to have this same experience of working through the hard stuff and having the beautiful marriage that they desire.

Let’s take a small detour – maybe you can share a bit about yourself before we dive back into some of the other questions we had for you?

I am a relationship and communication expert. I create content around these topics in order to help serve my community and help them through their own relationship. I also coach couple and singles through their relationship and help to make them become the best partner that they can be and communicate their needs well.

I am also a podcaster where I am the host to the Relationships, You Understand? podcast. Here you can find resources to help you with your relationship.

I am a mom and wife as well. We can work together through my relationship 1:1 coaching where you will solve your number one relationship problem and learn to finally connect for real!

There is so much advice out there about all the different skills and qualities folks need to develop in order to succeed in today’s highly competitive environment and often it can feel overwhelming. So, if we had to break it down to just the three that matter most, which three skills or qualities would you focus on?

In my journey I think that having compassion, purpose, and drive helped me to get to where I am. If you are working on building any sort of brand or business you first want to make sure you have compassion for those that you want to serve. Your work will have further impact and will stand out.

You will want to make sure that you have purpose in your work. What is it that you want to change or impact in this world?

Then you need drive because it is hard to run a business. You will want that purpose to push you on the hard days and the drive to carry you through!

One of our goals is to help like-minded folks with similar goals connect and so before we go we want to ask if you are looking to partner or collab with others – and if so, what would make the ideal collaborator or partner?

I love working with brands to promote their product that aligns with my audience and can serve my audience well.
