Karmashia, looking forward to learning from your journey. You’ve got an amazing story and before we dive into that, let’s start with an important building block. Where do you get your work ethic from?
A essential part of developing a good work ethic is to always have a ” I can do all things, nothing is impossible” attitude. You can do this by being proactive strategic planning, networking and be resilient.

There is so much advice out there about all the different skills and qualities folks need to develop in order to succeed in today’s highly competitive environment and often it can feel overwhelming. So, if we had to break it down to just the three that matter most, which three skills or qualities would you focus on?
The qualities that were most important to me during my journey were GOD, supportive family and a determination to win. My advice to others who are striving to be successful is to always be your own “hero”. You have to remember that you have the tools to write your own story and you decide what path you take upon your journey.

What was the most impactful thing your parents did for you?
The most impactful thing that my parents provided me with was to provide me with background information on spirituality and understanding the importance of faith.
