We were lucky to catch up with Kateryna Boldyrieva recently and have shared our conversation below.

Kateryna, so good to have you with us today. We’ve always been impressed with folks who have a very clear sense of purpose and so maybe we can jump right in and talk about how you found your purpose?

It took me a long time to uncover my true purpose. My journey was long and full of twists, but every step along the way left me with clues, guiding me closer to what I was meant to do.

By education, I’m an accountant and economist, but that’s not the path I ended up walking. I chose this field because it came easily to me, but deep down, I knew it wasn’t what would bring me happiness. It was a steady path, but it didn’t ignite any real passion within me.

During my studies, I once visited a clairvoyant—one of those people who are all the rage, known for their intuitive abilities. I went to her seeking answers about my career and love life. She told me something that stuck with me: she said my profession hadn’t been invented yet. She said I would do something entirely new, something that didn’t even exist at the time. It was a cryptic message, but it stayed with me, as if it were a riddle I needed to solve.

That moment of insight came in 2004. Two years later, in 2006, a woman named Natalia Ladini created the Matrix of Destiny method, a system of esoteric knowledge that would later become a huge part of my life. But at the time, I had no idea what it was or how it would come to shape my future.

Fast forward to 2018. I was still in the process of figuring out whether I should invest in learning the Matrix of Destiny method, which would cost me a hefty $6,000. I wasn’t sure if it was the right decision—was this really my calling? At the time, I had traveled to Egypt, to see the pyramids, a place filled with ancient magic and wisdom. It was there, in the shadows of those monumental structures, that I asked the universe for a sign, a clear indication that I was on the right path.

And the universe delivered.

As I was deep in thought, pondering whether I should take the leap into this new world, a friend snapped a photo of me. When I looked at it later, I noticed something incredible: the shadow of my bag had formed the number 7. In the Matrix of Destiny system, the number 7 represents the Chariot’s energy, the energy of the path, the energy of purpose. It was as if the universe had sent me a sign, an unmistakable symbol telling me that this was the path I was meant to follow.

That moment helped me make up my mind. I enrolled in the course, and everything started to align. But that was just one of the many magical synchronicities that shaped my journey.

Another time, I was preparing for exams and went to a bookstore to buy some books. I reached for one book I needed on the top shelf, but as I did, another book fell onto my head. The title was *The Secret Language of Our Photographs*. It was a book about reading people’s past, present, and future through their photographs. I couldn’t stop myself from picking it up, and despite the fact that it was far more expensive than all the textbooks I needed for my exams, I couldn’t resist. The bookstore manager told me it was the last copy, so I bought it, almost as if I were being compelled.

That book changed everything. Inside, the author had shared his email, inviting readers to send him photographs for analysis. I sent him several of my own pictures, along with my interpretations of them. To my surprise, he responded. Not only did he appreciate my insights, but he offered me the chance to study photo analysis and remote viewing with him—for free. I was stunned. It felt like another puzzle piece falling into place. It was through this unexpected opportunity that I discovered my gift for photo analysis, something I had never imagined would play such an important role in my life.

Today, I can say that I’ve found my purpose. My work is no longer just a job; it’s a calling. The path I walk now brings me joy because it aligns with who I truly am, something I didn’t know was possible all those years ago when I was stuck in a profession that never felt right. I now understand that everything I went through—the education, the clairvoyant’s words, the trips, the books, the photos—was guiding me toward this very moment. And I wouldn’t change a thing.

Thanks, so before we move on maybe you can share a bit more about yourself?

I’ve always felt a deep calling to help people find answers to the questions that seem to haunt them. Those big, life-altering questions—Why did everything turn out this way? Could it have been different? What should I do next?

I hear these questions daily. People ask me whether they should stay in their marriage or walk away. Whether they should stay in the city or take a leap and move somewhere new. Parents ask how they can finally understand their children, and children ask how they can understand their parents. There are people who are struggling in business, wondering if they should quit or keep pushing forward. Each of these dilemmas carries with it an immense amount of uncertainty, and it’s my job to help bring clarity to the chaos.

Every day, I see dozens of human destinies unfold before me—so many different lives, each with its own story, its own struggles, its own crossroads. These stories are never the same, but they share a common thread of people searching for meaning, for guidance, for a way forward. The more I witness these journeys, the better I get at offering solutions, and the more deeply I understand the patterns that shape our lives. It’s this knowledge that allows me to help others with greater precision and empathy.

Recently, I poured a lot of myself into writing a book on the Destiny Matrix (Do & Grow Rich) —a method I’ve come to rely on to understand life’s deeper currents. In this book, I aim to help people unlock their financial potential and find the business they’re truly meant to pursue. It’s a way for me to share the knowledge I’ve gathered over the years, a tool for others to use on their own paths to success and fulfillment.

The Matrix isn’t just a system; it’s a way of seeing. It allows me to dive into the hidden energies that govern our decisions, to help others see the forces at play in their lives—forces they may not even be aware of. Whether it’s about making a tough choice in business or understanding why certain patterns keep repeating in relationships, the Matrix provides a roadmap.

Helping people navigate these crossroads is incredibly rewarding. Knowing that my work can bring clarity and direction to someone who feels lost or stuck is something I cherish deeply. It’s not just about offering advice; it’s about empowering people to make informed, confident decisions. Decisions that resonate with their deeper purpose. I feel honored to be a part of that journey.

There is so much advice out there about all the different skills and qualities folks need to develop in order to succeed in today’s highly competitive environment and often it can feel overwhelming. So, if we had to break it down to just the three that matter most, which three skills or qualities would you focus on?

Looking back on my journey, I can pinpoint three qualities that had the most profound impact on where I am today: **intuition**, **resilience**, and **a willingness to embrace uncertainty**. Each of these played a critical role in navigating the twists and turns of my path and ultimately led me to a place where I feel aligned with my true purpose.

1. **Intuition**
Trusting my intuition has been one of the most powerful skills I’ve developed. Early on, I didn’t always understand it or know how to harness it, but over time, I learned to listen to that inner voice, especially when faced with difficult decisions or moments of uncertainty. Whether it was choosing the right career, making life-altering choices, or finding the right people to work with, following my gut often led me in the right direction.
*Advice*: If you’re just starting your journey, I’d encourage you to pay attention to your instincts. Practice quieting the noise around you and learning to differentiate between what others think and what *you* feel deep down. Trust that inner knowing. It’s often more accurate than you realize.

2. **Resilience**
The ability to keep going, even when things don’t go as planned, was crucial. There were countless times when I faced setbacks, doubts, and even failure. What kept me moving forward was resilience—the willingness to learn from mistakes, adapt, and not give up. Over time, I came to see challenges as opportunities for growth rather than obstacles to avoid.
*Advice*: For those at the beginning of their journey, know that the road won’t always be smooth. When you face setbacks, don’t view them as defeats, but as stepping stones. Build your resilience by reframing challenges as lessons and keep going, even when it feels tough.

3. **Willingness to Embrace Uncertainty**
One of the biggest lessons I’ve learned is that the unknown is often where the most growth happens. I didn’t always have a clear map, but I had to be willing to venture into uncharted territory, trusting that each step would reveal more of the path. This mindset allowed me to take risks and step into opportunities that I might have otherwise hesitated to pursue.
*Advice*: Embrace uncertainty and understand that not having all the answers upfront is normal and even beneficial. In fact, some of the most rewarding experiences come from stepping into the unknown with an open mind and a sense of adventure. Don’t be afraid to take risks or make decisions without knowing the exact outcome.

If you’re early in your journey, I would say this: **Develop the courage to trust yourself, stay resilient in the face of challenges, and be open to the unknown.** Your path may not always look like what you expected, but it will be uniquely yours—and that’s where the magic happens.
