Meet Kateryna Noha

We’re excited to introduce you to the always interesting and insightful Kateryna Noha. We hope you’ll enjoy our conversation with Kateryna below.

Kateryna, so great to have you with us and we want to jump right into a really important question. In recent years, it’s become so clear that we’re living through a time where so many folks are lacking self-confidence and self-esteem. So, we’d love to hear about your journey and how you developed your self-confidence and self-esteem.

My confidence grew when I realized that a woman feels truly powerful when she is connected to her own body.
This insight shaped not only my personal journey, but the entire philosophy behind Noha Lingerie.

During a time when I was dealing with self-doubt and trying to rebuild my sense of self, I noticed something simple but profound: beautiful lingerie could shift my state instantly. It wasn’t about appearance – it was about emotion, energy, and the feeling of worthiness. I understood that confidence doesn’t come from perfection, but from how we treat ourselves.
That realization became the foundation of the brand.

Noha Lingerie was created from a desire to give women the same tool that once helped me – a small ritual that brings you back to yourself and your femininity. Every piece is designed not just to look beautiful, but to remind a woman of her softness, her strength, and her individuality.

Today, my confidence grows alongside the brand.
Every message from a customer, every story about how a piece made her feel more beautiful and more courageous, reinforces that I am exactly where I’m meant to be. And that feeling inspires me more than anything.

Great, so let’s take a few minutes and cover your story. What should folks know about you and what you do?

I am the founder and creative director of Noha Lingerie, a brand that grew from my personal journey of healing, self-acceptance, and the desire to help women rediscover their confidence.
Noha Lingerie is more than lingerie.
It is a daily ritual of self-love.

Every piece is handmade with high-quality materials, careful attention to detail, and a philosophy centered on comfort, sensuality, and individuality. I design each item to help a woman feel confident in her own body – not because of trends or expectations, but because she deserves to feel beautiful for herself.
What makes my brand special is its emotional foundation.

There was a time when I struggled with accepting my body, pushed myself to extremes, and felt disconnected from my femininity. Lingerie became my tool for rebuilding that connection – a small, intimate way to remind myself that I am already enough. Today, through my brand, I share that feeling with thousands of women.

At its core, my brand is about helping women feel at home in their own bodies.
And if even one woman puts on my lingerie and sees herself differently – softer, stronger, more confident – then I know I am doing what I was meant to do.

If you had to pick three qualities that are most important to develop, which three would you say matter most?

Looking back, the three qualities that helped me the most when I moved to another country and started everything from scratch were self-awareness, resilience, and emotional flexibility.

1. Self-awareness
It helped me stay connected to my inner direction even when everything around me felt new and uncertain. My advice for beginners: listen to yourself and your true desires.

2. Resilience
Moving, adapting, and building a brand from the ground up requires the strength to keep going even when things get difficult. My advice: see challenges as a natural part of the journey.

3. Emotional flexibility
This is not only about adapting, but also about people. I had to learn to accept help, support, guidance, and insights from those around me. It made the journey easier and helped me grow faster. My advice: don’t close yourself off – allow yourself to lean on others.
These qualities became the foundation of my path and helped me create what I have today.

Any advice for folks feeling overwhelmed?

When I feel overwhelmed, I come back to myself – to stillness, softness, and my own body.
Instead of pushing through stress, I slow down, breathe, and let myself feel. I’ve learned that softness can be a form of strength.

One simple ritual that helps me is reconnecting with my body through something beautiful – even lingerie. It instantly shifts my energy and reminds me of my femininity, confidence, and worth.

This is the heart of Noha Lingerie: helping women return to themselves, especially in the moments they feel disconnected.
My advice: don’t fight your feelings. Give yourself small rituals that bring you back to your center. Even one moment of self-love can change everything.
