Meet Katherine Fox

We were lucky to catch up with Katherine Fox recently and have shared our conversation below.

Katherine , thank you so much for joining us today. Let’s jump right into something we’re really interested in hearing about from you – being the only one in the room. So many of us find ourselves as the only woman in the room, the only immigrant or the only artist in the room, etc. Can you talk to us about how you have learned to be effective and successful in situations where you are the only one in the room like you?
Throughout my process so far, growing up and facing the challenges every human on this planet has to face. I have met face to face with anxiety, curiosity, fear, doubt, and the struggle to find purpose in this world. Despite all of the fear I faced, whether in school, out in the streets, or in the comfort of my own home, I couldn’t understand the structure society had put on everyone. I was alive, but never felt like anything I did had any meaning. As I got older I quickly realized I was unlike the peers in my class, and the subjects that were brought up around me. With the anxiety came a genuine purpose of being human and doing whatever it is I could to be my truest self. I felt like I was pushed into a world filled with the same people who were scared to chase after their dreams. It was the fear that drove me to being apart of what it means to be human. That is my definition of success, is when you can master the chaos inside your own mind.

Great, so let’s take a few minutes and cover your story. What should folks know about you and what you do?
As a female in an industry filled with successful men, it was very important to me to be able to provide for myself in this life. With that I saw the tremendous work ethic of so many amazing people along this business journey, both men and woman, on the screen, in news articles, and documentaries. It really inspired me to pursue my own passions. I am currently in the works of expanding my lingerie line ‘Fox Intimates’ for every body of all shapes and sizes. Which have been conducting since early 2022. I just announced launch a couple months ago in late 2023. Im not only happy and proud of myself, but am prepared for the journey of running my own business and expanding my knowledge in the world of entrepreneurs. I wanted to create something enjoyable for everyone not just myself. I plan on expanding my site and creating new partners along the way in 2024. All pieces of my line can be found at www.foxintimates.com

Looking back, what do you think were the three qualities, skills, or areas of knowledge that were most impactful in your journey? What advice do you have for folks who are early in their journey in terms of how they can best develop or improve on these?
Holding myself accountable for mistakes and achievements, being open with the process of failure and success, and never losing my own passions and morals. I’d tell anyone to look to yourself, because only you can truly know what dreams you have.

How can folks who want to work with you connect?
I’m a very friendly and open person. I enjoy learning on a daily basis and meeting new people in the industry. I only feel excitement when new opportunities come my way, and would love to collaborate with different faces from around the world. That’s the beauty of social media and why I do what I do. I look forward to making many partnerships and meeting new faces this year in my journey of self growth!
